sold me used tires that would not pass inspection Would not refund any money or did not have any others to replace it with Bad service I got ripped off Beware I would not recommend this business Basically took my money

Horrible experience. Bought new tires and had them to balance them. I had my oil changed as well. I reminded them that my car only takes 4 quarts and the guy was like, «Yes, I know.» Once he drained the oil and replaced the filter, he had another guy crank the car (which is typical to allow the oil to circulate), but they let it run for 3+ minutes (not typical). Once he turned the engine off, he rechecked the oil and said it’s a quart low. I knew his statement was incorrect because the car was running too long. I told him not to put the last quart in there, but he insisted. Overall, my steering wheel shook like crazy and my car has a quart too much oil (which will result in seal damage if not fixed). I ended up going to Firestone (where I should have went anyway) to get everything corrected.

Very friendly owner. They fixed up the alignment on my BMW really well at a reasonable price. The waiting room is a lot cleaner than most waiting rooms at other shops I’ve been to. Would highly recommend to all my friends!

These folks are incompetent! First time we changed our tires here, they «accidentally» left a lug nut loose. We didn’t realize it until the tire came loose in the highway. Thank goodness we were close to this place & could go in to get everything tightened. The lug nut had fallen off & we had to get a replacement from the dealer (which they did not offer to pay for). We figured one mistake. Next time, they damaged our rim when taking the old tire off, leaving deep scratches on our pristine (& expensive) rims. They obviously don’t known what they are doing. Not going back again!
