I’ve always Gap to be hit-​or-​miss.
The staff is friendly and chatty. But it’s rare that I walkout with a purchase.
I still like to go through and browse because when they have ‘that’ item you’re looking for… considered it purchased.

Not much of a selection in any department. Tried this store a few times looking specifically for toddler clothes with no luck. Their sale prices are closer to the retail price than most other gap stores I’ve shopped at. Employees are pretty friendly tho.

I never really shopped too much at the Gap until I visited this little stand alone store in Las Colinas.
Man, I was really missing out.
Gap quality and Great customer service. They are always nice and will check other stores if they don’t have your item — even give you the inside scoop on when to come in for discounts.

This Gap continues to get the 5-​stars from me. My wife and I visit on a regular basis because it is our favorite Gap location in DFW. The customer service at this Gap is outstanding… very helpful, but not too pushy. They work to find your size and find you the best deals.
If you want a great Gap and don’t feel like dealing with a mall, then this location is for you.
