Very nice hotel! We had a work event here and staff was friendly and accomadating. The only thing is the plumbing in the lobby sounds awful!

I don’t think I’ve slept in a cozier hotel bed. The king room was great. Tip top in cleanliness and very modern. The only issue I had is that my boyfriend and I went out for a nice dinner and neither of us finished our plates. We returned to the hotel and were disappointed to find that our room was not equipped with a mini fridge. Even in the worst hotels I’ve stayed in had both a fridge and microwave. Delicious leftovers gone to waste.

My husband and I stayed here for New Years Eve! We booked the room through Priceline for a very reasonable price and was really excited to bring in our New Year here. Lobby: Well decorated and very welcoming Staff: Friendly and accommodating Bed: Big and Comfy Rooms: upon initial inspection, it was ok, but once you really get into the room… We decided to stay in for the New Year, so we brought some snacks as well as left overs which required a refrigerator and/or microwave… No biggie, right? WRONG! There was no refrigerator and or microwave and when we called the front desk, we were told that they were only available in the suites and there would be an up charge to switch. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have these basic amenities, but I guess that’s how they make their money. They gave us another room, but still no fridge or microwave… I decided to take a shower while my husband figured out the room situation, only to find out that there was no shower curtain. Really?! I was very frustrated that I couldn’t take a shower without getting water all over the place. Once we switched to the suite, I was amazed at how big it was. Once inside the suite, I noticed that it was a bit dated with new paint. The room was still nice however. The first plus was that there was a shower curtain. Next bonus was the fridge and microwave… So, for the not so good: stains on the sheets, mold on the window sill, and stains on the toilet. I was so frustrated… 3 rooms later and they still can’t get it together! My husband and I truly considered going home. For such a nice hotel, I couldn’t believe how much trouble we had. We are very simple people and really aren’t asking for lots of bells and whistles, but these flaws were bare essentials. The next morning, we told the lady at checkout about our experience and she refunded the $ 20 up charge for the room. I really wanted to like this hotel and I see that they are in the process of some upgrades, so I may give them another try in a year or so, but not until they fully get it together!

This is a very nice hotel. I got same-day, last minute reservations on Expedia for $ 60/night. The room was very large. Pillow-top king-sized mattress, soft pillows, and a nice warm, soft comforter on the bed. Plenty of towels, and I noticed there was extra cover on the shelf near the iron and ironing board. The front area of the hotel is extremely inviting with plenty of seating and a fireplace. I was told that the kitchen is closed, but it didn’t matter to me because I never order food in a hotel. LOL! There’s an ice machine and a soda vending machine on the floor, but $ 1 for a can of soda is a bit much. About 2 miles away, there are all kinds of shopping options, such as Target and Marshall’s, etc. Also lots of dining options within about a 10 minute radius, like La Madeline or In-N-Out and more. There’s a gas station next door. The staff was very friendly. It should be noted that if you are out late, you will need your card key to get back into the hotel. I just went to get something out of the car around 1am and even though the desk attendant saw me walk out, she asked me to use my card key to come back in. Bless her heart, she’s just doing her job, but I wasn’t even outside a whole minute. LOL! I will definitely stay here again.
