Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, would never return our calls, and then when they did finally answer we set up a time and they never came. Unbelievable.

Hired Holly for the first time, today. She was more than 2 hours late arriving for our appointment which I confirmed with her the day before. She is a nice lady, but didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning. I was away from home when she came and left my 17 year old daughter to meet her. She swept and mopped AROUND the dining room table and chairs. She didn’t even pull the chairs out to properly clean the floor! She didn’t make my bed, even though I left clean sheets on top of the stripped mattress. She didn’t Windex the glass panes in the back door nor wipe down the fronts of the kitchen cabinet doors. I am pretty disappointed.
