My daughter and I needed a rude to a birthday party. I Googled taxis in my area; I phoned Irving Instant Cab at the number listed on the website as they offered service not only to the airports, but to local destinations as well.
The dispatcher curtly answered that this number is for airport service only and is need to call the number for local service. He asked if I had the number and I told him I did not. He replied, «Oh well,» then hung up on me. I went to Google, yellow pages, com, Unilocal to get the local service number; however, they only have the one phone number lusted.
Abysmal customer service! Their loss, Yellow Cab’s gain. If I could rate them –1 stars, I would.
