The Colony Cab Driver

I recently called John at the last minute for a commute to the airport. Initially, he was not available and called in a cab for me. He later learned that he could pick me up and did just that on time. I appreciate John’s flexibility.

John was great when I called him at the last minute to pick me up! He was kind courteous and reliable! Great service for Little Elm and surrounding areas!

I call John The Colony cab driver everytime I need a cab. I call him directly first and only call the company if he’s unavailable. His car is clean. He’s clean. He drives safely. He’s on time. He’s American born… why is this important to me? I’ve been in others cabs where the drivers scared me with their iratic/​bad driving learned in foreign countries where such things are OK. My criteria is… I want someone who drives safely and understands American driving laws, understands the language, is dependable, uses the air conditioning and is clean both in the car and how they keep themselves… You are trapped in a car with someone then you want them to smell clean… yes thats something we just assume is a given isn’t it? But, never assume. To be fair, not all the foreign cab drivers are bad, some were very nice, but it’s potluck who shows up and you can’t control the outcome. In my experience I saw more bad than good when I blindly ordered a cab, so having a good, SAFE, regular driver with John is wonderful. You always know what to expect. The Colony, Little Elm, Frisco areas are hard to get a cab in, so it’s a big plus to have someone who works this area on a daily basis and can arrive in an appropriate amount of time. Someone you can depend on to be where they say they will be is invaluable if you need someone to take you to the airport or an important meeting. In Frisco for business… CALL JOHN!
