Next Gen Audio Video

Great install on my 2015 F-​150. I replaced all the speakers and added an amp, sub and processor. They are very customer oriented and made sure everything was great. I purchased the components on my own and they installed them for me. One of the items (the audiocontoll processor) was defective. They worked with the manufacturer to debug the issue, gave me a loaner unit (of another type) until my replacement came in. They also had to replace the bass knob.
System sounds amazing now, everything looks great on the truck. No rattles or squeaks after all the install and re-​install. I was nervous to have my brand new truck taken part but these guys are pros and did a great job. Everything looks stock but the sound is not stock!

Every once in a while I am amazed to meet someone jaw-​droppingly dedicated to and passionate about their work. This week that person is Lee from Next Gen Audio Video.
I found Lee on Craigslist while looking for someone to install new subs in my Lexus. From our first conversation I could tell he was different from your run-​of-​the-​mill service providor: he has ample experience in all sorts of media setups, is easy to reach, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I went to a couple other places first to look at their products and get installation pricing: as expected it felt like they were jerking me around. When I found some car audio parts online, Lee compared them to my written estimates and helped me select the components I was looking for at a much better price. He is without a doubt more experienced than anyone I dealt with at the other places.
I would normally not call getting my car worked on for 3 hours a «fun» time, but I actually enjoyed hanging out while Lee did my installation. He explained what he was doing at each step and talked with me about all the random questions I had during the process. He also took great care to keep the wiring organized and zip-​tied, even when it was going to be covered and out of sight. When I was unsure of where I wanted my bass knob and FM modulator mounted, he took the time to show me a variety of options and select the one that would be most comfortable to access.
The end result was way above my expectations. I acquired a great system, had an enjoyable evening getting it installed at a great price, and had a damn fine drive home afterwards.

Lee at NextGen was referred to me. I called him up, THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! I had them install a complete surround sound system for the living room. Hung 2 TV’s. Installed speakers in the game room and on the back porch (with individual volume controls). The house sounds great!

Everyone was very professional. They were on time. Everything went smoothly. I AM IMPRESSED! Actually I was so impressed, I had them come back out again a few months later. They installed a multi-​camera surveillance system for me. So now I have access on my phone (and computer) to see what is going on at the house, even when I cant be there.

I will definitely be calling again. I think the next project will be to upgrade the sound system in the boat…

Next Gen installed a set of component speakers and a new amp in my 2013 Dodge Ram. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality install. They explained the whole process to me and their attention to detail is second to none.
