My fast food cravings sneak up around 4 am so I headed over to this location as I often do when I am craving JITB tacos and jalapeño poppers.
Once again, I get into the drive thru to discover their «systems are down» again. I know how this works, I worked the drive thru window at one point in my life and I was a fast food manager for awhile. I tried to ask him if I could just pay with exact cash or just wait for him to finish whatever he was doing to avoid my order but he wouldn’t answer the intercom.
I contacted Jack customer service and ended up driving over to another 24 hour location where I had a SUPER experience. The one on beltline in Irving. It has some bad reviews but at 5 am they did fantastic. This one is no good.

So I ordered a burrito… And they had no sauce!!! They guys at the window was rude as ****!

I visited this place a couple of days ago and had the sirloin cheeseburger which was actually very good, but I am only giving 3 stars because the staff was not too friendly. Maybe, I’ll give this place another try!
