Rude employees, nasty bathrooms!!! Employees use bathrooms to talk to their boyfriends on the phone, locking inside for a long period of time making customers wait to use a bathroom… And when you know on the door, they tell you that they are on the phone and you gotta wait! What??? Management take care of your employees nasty attitude! Didn’t by any food because of poor customer experience

You’re darn right I gave Whataburger 5 stars! This is the only fast food chain I’ve ever been to that makes decent buttermilk pancakes from scratch. They are so darn good! I also love their chicken biscuit. The biscuit taste fresh, it’s always hot and flaky but never crumbly. Also, they make a solid burger and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The people who work here are nice.
Plus it’s a Texas chain, of course it’s the best.

Was desperate for a big sloppy burger, so my friend recommended this place … well, actually she drove me to this place instead of Sonic. Okay so what did I get? I got the Jalapeño and Cheeseburger meal and a cookie. My fries were good… not «Oh My Oh My» good, but just «they are hot with just the right amount of salt» good. My Jalapenoburger had three jalapenos on it and they tasted like pickles. The one cookie for 99 cents were good like «stomach happy» good, but I could have gotten three «stomach happy good cookies» for a quarter more at Subway.
Damn … I should have insisted on going to Sonic burger. Whataburger… not bad not over the top good… just average.

I get it, Whataburger is a Texas thing, but I keep hoping it is going to be great, and it ends up just OK.
I give this one 3 stars for these reasons:
1 star for the excellent customer service — the staff was pretty nice and helpful, not rude.
1 star for the cleanliness — I’ve seen whataburgers that were gross and not clean, but this one was good, floors clean, tables clean, just like you like it.
1 star for the food — only one star because the bun was really like mushed onto my food. I had the chophouse cheddar burger, and while it had some good flavors going on, it was really dry.
So overall the experience was fine, I’d go back to this location, but the food wasn’t amazing, it was just OK.

Every time that I come home to Texas, the first thing that I do is get a Jalapeño Whataburger with cheese. It’s greasy and fattening and oh so good. They have had the option of jalapenos on their stuff for as Long as I can remember, way before any other Fast food joint.
I normally don’t go in for fast food, I will indulge my nostalgia with food that I can’t get in Cali.
I have not tried anything else, but I have heard they do an alright job with cream gravy and chicken strips.
