I did not enjoy my time at Burger King the manager was very disrespectful and rushed when I tried to order and when my kids went up to the register they came back telling me as the partner that they were scared of the man because the manager was very rude to them in conclusion the manager is a very blunt man when it comes to his attitude he shouldn’t be manager

Store#18 043 200 W Irving Blvd Irving Tx 75 060 every time i have gone to this location they’ve made it am unpleasant experience! I went to another BK first but Internet was down & i didn’t have cash. So i drove across town to the location above. I asked for 2 orders of chicken fries, 1 value fry, 1 value onion ring, an apple pie (which was smashed when i opened it like someone chewed it & spit it back into the box) & a value sprite. So when i finally got to the window to get my food i asked for 4 bbqs 2 for each chicken fry & instead of the guy telling me i only got 1 chicken fry. He got an attitude & told me he had to charge extra for extra sauces. Finally i guess the manager came over & i explained i needed 2 sauces for each of my chicken fries. So she shows me the receipt & says well you only ordered 1. I was so irritated by this point that i drove off! I’m 8 months pregnant & starving at this point. I tried to call up there to talk to manager after i got home. I set my 4 yr old down with his food. Called the BK yes i was highly upset i let a cuss word slip. The woman says i can’t talk to you if you’re going to talk like that so i corrected myself. & went on to explain everything & the woman hung up on me! So i called corporate. Btw when i pull up to those drive thru radios i make it a point to speak clearly & loud enough to be understood. For some reason this location gives me attitude & problems every time!!! I hope this issue gets fixed! If i could give 0 or negative stars i would! This location needs alot of work!

Whomever is the manager of the evening shift on Wednesday, May 7^th needs to be fired immediately. Absolutely no direction and no one knows what they’re doing. If these people can’t handle this type of work they will be no good to work anywhere. Every single customer here right now is upset.

There are gourmet burger joints by the dozens in DFW, but really, for a cheap fast tasty burger, you can’t beat the guilty pleasure of BK!
