Please don’t rent here. Use an apartment finder to get the best rates. Office staff changes things and doesn’t take the time or make an effort to cover everything that need to be done. When moving out. But will kiss you butt to get you to move in. Most of the staff is ok but since it changed — they need better customer service skills.
As for the apartment they are older. Must give stars to the maintenance crew they are great here and do a wonderful job .
Have to mention crime. Lost of break ins and stolen things from parking lot down to stolen motorcycle .
Over all not worth the money you pay

It’s a mighty fine place — or should I say «hefty fine» place? They use various fines and penalties as tools to impose new rules. I got fined for so many silly things that I don’t even want to mention them lol. I think they have so many rules, that they confuse themselves too. Stay out of here, and live it up!

They just don’t care.
Maintenance is horrible. They come up with new rules all the time. They now need Written/​Online requests if you have any issues in the house. They will not take requests over the phone. Even when you make a service request you still have to wait for couple of days for them to come and fix your issues
ROACHES!!! This place has this problem.
PARKING!!! They will rip you off if you need covered parking. If you plan to opt out good luck finding empty spots when you are back home late in the night.
WATER ISSUES!!! without giving fair warning they just cut the water lines and when you call them they keep telling that it is an emergency. This happened more than 5 times in 6 months. Also your water bills are ridiculous.
TRASH!!! This is MANDATORY for all residents. You have to pay for them to come and pick your trash every month. Also every other month when their compressor breaks so they send out emails not to put the trash out because they are not going to come and pick it up. You are also warned not to take your trash to the trash bin.
Guys…Irving is a very big place you will find something much better where you will have peace of mind. You don’t need all this nonsense even after you pay a lot more then other communities.

I do not recommend this property. Don’t do it, reconsider! Constant water line, plumbing and foundation problems. Very thin walls! I could hear my neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Took them almost a year to update the exterior paint. And for the last couple of months left in my lease I requested they clean the external staircase because the valet trash service left a dripping stain that gave the impression of blood stains. They claim to power wash the complex on a consistent basis but I only saw it being done right before they repainted the complex. And just fyi, the stains on the staircase were still there when I moved smh. Also, a few break-​ins had occurred right before I left as well-​so please let this be a «last resort» property to move to.

The front-​office staffs are very young, inexperienced and rude. They keep on changing every few months. They are very inconsiderate like when their website is not working and unable to make payment, just one day delay and they will charge an exorbitant amount and same is the case with utilities; there is no leeway, no consideration at all… nothing.
In spite of all these ill-​services they provide, you’d think if the apartment is good who cares about it. But, this old, stitched apartment is always having problem from electrical, to heater and don’t get me even started with bugs… they have any kind you can imagine about.
If someone walks in the above apartment, you call feel a real good vibration; I once woke up in the middle of night thinking there was an earthquake, it turns out the guy upstairs was just having some fun.
Their fitness center is a collection of old equipments from which if you are not careful you might get injured. They have three 10 lbs dumbbells and one 5 lbs… I am serious and they call it a fitness center. They have a sauna, it stinks. It is better to pay 50 – 100 bucks extra and go to a better place. This place is full of regrets.

The staff at this apartment is very rude. The place does allow dogs, but is not dog friendly. They state that they have a gym but it is a small room with very old equipment which is usually broken. If something breaks it can take weeks for them to come fix it. We are very happy to be leaving this apartment soon.
