I stopped by to look at these apartments and the leasing agent tried to rent me an apartment that smelled like dog but insisted that the place was clean and move-​in ready. Disgusting!

For location, area, and convenience the apartments were great. As for maintenance request, office staff and everything else is a 0 I lived here for 15 months and recently moved out. I’m glad I did. They have frequent break ins, there is only one dumpster even tho they now have door to door valet pick up for 25 bucks a month. The gym sucks they don’t have a business center and there is no gate. Which for rent starting at 795 up to 1173 which is what I was paying u think there would be more security. There is a constable living on site which you never see. They have frequent apartment inspections which is just a way for them to barge into your apartment and be nosey. No complaints with bugs or mold or anything like that. So I mean if u take the good with the bad they are ok but definitely not with the rent u will pay.
