Las Colinas Urgent Care

I was in and out in 30 minutes! The fastest urgent care visit EVER! Nurses and the doctor had great bedside manner.
The only issue I noticed was that there were a lot of crickets in the building.
Aside from that my experience was great.

What a great experience. Admittedly so, I am the type of person who will avoid going to the doctor no matter how sick I am so I reluctantly went. I always get anxiety for no reason when going to doctors, but Dr. Aron was awesome! Super friendly and he genuinely cared and listened to me. I felt so much better after the visit and will repeat again.

Go somewhere else.
The physicians are nice people, but the owners are money-​grubbing. They purposefully inflate charges to get more money from the insurance companies, and then charge you what the insurance company refuses to pay. An example? It costs $ 20 to for a nurse to take your pulse by holding your palm. They even sent a bogus charge to collections almost a year after I went in. I never want to deal with anyone in this office ever again.
There was actually a dead cockroach at the front-​desk. That was the icing on the cake.

We’ve found Integra to be a very helpful place. The clinic personnel are friendly and helpful. The physicians and Physician Assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve had to work with their back office billing staff and management due to some billing issues with our health insurance provider. We’ve found their back office and management team to be very helpful, professional, and efficient. We recommend Integra.

Beware of this place. Poor communication and clarity of what they are prescribing. Dont waste your money here. They will charge you an ER copay because its not a regular walk in clinic $ 75 down the drain for nothing. They dr or whatever he was didn’t even really know what was wrong

Had to wait almost an hour. The doctor did not spend anytime and then was charged $ 200 for the visit. This is a rip off. Don’t waste your time here.

Dr. Gupta is the most competent and caring doctor around. The wait is no more than usual for any doctor office (around half an hour); this is quite a bit faster than other urgent care clinics. The price for cash patients is amazing! (You will not find another facility for this low cost… I’ve been around!)
As I stated, Dr. Gupta is extremely knowledgeable and cares about each patient. I went in thinking I had the flu, and really just wanted a prescription for Tamiflu. However, realizing I was a cash patient, he explained that going ahead with the test at $ 25 to see if I even had the flu, was a better option than just going to get this prescription filled for $ 150+. Turns out he was right; I only had bronchitis. He gave me some meds that would help, and I was on my way within an hour of walking in.
The entire staff is courteous and friendly. I’ve been to this location several times, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the level of care I received, nor the wait time. I recommend this clinic freely to others, and will continue to do so. Thanks Dr. Gupta!

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The nursing staff was polite and courteous. The wait time was normal. Dr. Gupta was attentive and helpful. I did not use insurance and paid out of pocket so I really appreciate that they didn’t demand my ssn — which is private and unnecessary in such a situation. Overall, I don’t have any complaints, which, considering this is an urgent care, might just be the biggest compliment of all.

Took my son last Sunday, everywhere was closed. But NEVER again, ladies at front were nice, doctor was mediocre. My son has phenumonia, it was not an allergy

The dead cockroach in the doorway from the waiting room to the exam rooms was enough to make me not go back… at least I got meds for my sinus infection.

Be careful with company that charges $ 75 for uninsured patients but $ 150 for the insured. 5 months after I had paid $ 75 on a weekend, DR. Gupta billing company filed a claim for $ 150. When I inquired about double billing, I was given the round around and was told not to expect any refund.
What kind of company bills twice for same service? $ 75 from patient and $ 150 from insurance carrier. Smells unethical.

Bad experience.
After filling out the forms, and waiting half an hour, they tell me that they have refused to allow my insurance to pay my bill. Instead, they wanted me to pay via credit card up front. Now this might be OK if my very expensive full pay insurance coverage declined them, but it did not! What was really going on, was that my insurance carrier had some negotiated discounts that they didn’t like, and wanted me to pay full fees! I couldn’t believe that a doctor’s office would refuse an insurance payment through a major network! These people are not very ethical. Beware!

I’m a little scared by all the bad reviews of this place. When I went it, they were really clean and nice. I had a really nice conversation with the receptionist. It was quick, doctor saw me right away. (This is all after the horrendous experience at Baylor ER Irving I had the night before so maybe everything here just compared a lot better) Anywho, I was in alot of pain and was grateful they saw me right away and gave me meds. Unlike Baylor Irving!!! (who still charged me 50 bucks for pissing in a cup which I didn’t even get results for, will have to go in and ask/​find someone willing to show/​tell me. and according to the bills lady, I didn’t stick around long enough to find results, cause waiting 4 hours wasnt enough for them of course…)

This is one of the worst urgent care’s I have visited. It will take a couple of hours to see a doctor even when there are evidently no patients in the waiting room. And when you do get to meet the doctor, they are out of stock on basic medication. And here’s the kicker, they ask you to return after 2 days to get the medication administered since they are out of stock!!! To sum it up, they charge you upfront for services, and don’t really deliver any. Btw, if I had to wait for 2 days why would I visit an urgent care? Stay away from this urgent care, and u’ll at least save yourself from elevated stress levels that this urgent care leaves you with due to their bad service

Just got my bill from a few months ago, and while the prescription for Motrin did do the trick, the $ 20 oximetry and $ 50 late fees were inappropriate. Charging $ 20 to put an oximeter on my finger (my complaint was foot pain) is a way to crank up the bill and nothing more. I’ve been told by trustworthy medical professionals that was an unnecessary charge.
The D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) who was on duty seemed a bit «eccentric» as well.

Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. Was told I would be next… NOT… Dr. decided to take a dinner break. I got my $ 75 fee back and went to another place. I had walking pneumonia, was coughing, could hardly stand up and they kept saying, 10 min, 10 min, 10 min. I left and won’t be back. A clear picture of timing would be nice. There were 7 people in front of me when I got there. I’m sure they don’t care what I think and I’m sure I made the people behind me happy by leaving. Saved them the extra wait.

Although Urgent Care clinics are never much to write home about, Las Colinas Urgent Care has got to be one of the worst I’ve been to.
I happen to have to come in on Christmas Eve so I’m sure it was more crowded then a normal non-​holiday. However, I was only one of 4 people in the waiting room and had to wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Once I was finally called back, the nurse took my vitals and let me know that a doctor would be in shortly… ANOTHER hour passed and I still had not been seen by a doctor.
Ready to walk out, a visibly stressed out and confused doctor came in. She maybe spent 2 minutes with me, not even listening to all of my symptoms or how I was feeling. She sent me away with a few prescriptions that still hadnt kicked in after a few days so I ended up having to go to my normal doctor for a legitimate visit.
Sure, it was better than nothing… or was it? I definitely won’t return here. I would rather wait a few days and actually be seen and helped than waste a few hours of my life.

I’m living, so that’s a plus.

Quick fast service maybe because we were the first ones there Sunday morning at 9 am. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the place, smelled like cigarette smoke all over the place. But got the job done to get my sons throat checked out and get him on meds over the weekend.

Very fast service. Professional, clean atmosphere. Caring doctors.
