As long as you don’t expect too much you’ll be happy here. Pretty cheap a little more expensive for the value. I know a lot of people who go here often and they don’t complain.

We had to travel to WNY for a family emergency. We decided to stay this place. We intended to stay for five nights, but decided after the first night that we would find a different location. We paid $ 79 for a room with two double beds. The room was small and cramped. The room came with a portable baby crib in a corner that looked filthy. The bathroom was terrible. Poor design set up! The rooms are less than 100 yards from a railroad crossing. That meant you had loud train horns several times per night. The owners were not really friendly either. Unless absolutely necessary, never stay here.

Yes it is outdated; however the front desk people are very friendly AND it was exceptionally clean. I have stayed here for a week at a time visiting family for the holidays. It is priced low and is worth it. Of course for $ 40-​$ 79 a night it is not like a mainstream hotel however it is worth it and it’s nice that there’s something affordable in the area.

Not a nice place. We didn’t expect much, but $ 79 for a queen bed with an AC unit with a bad fan bearing and it was so loud we could not use it and sleep at the same time. Thin walls allow you to listen to your neighbor’s blasting television all night long. I would have accepted this for $ 40.
The folks at the front desk were very nice and were happy to give me ice from their fridge. Another plus was that the busy CSX tracks across the highway helped to drowned out the blasting TV.
