We went to the Valley Ranch location. We explained several times we needed the bedding delivered the NEXTDAY! We believed the delivery would occur the NEXTDAY! We altered our plans to be home the NEXTDAY! We were wrong! It was apparently my fault for not making sure the sales person was doing their job correctly and scheduling the delivery for the NEXTDAY! I’m kidding. It wasn’t my fault. This store personnel was to blame as they openly admitted the mistake and they had initially scheduled the delivery for the wrong day. I called and complained about the problem! I got the delivery schedule to meet our needs when it was screwed up the first time. The only positive aspect regarding the delivery issues: it was the top notch delivery guys who were a pleasure to deal with! It was a huge hassle otherwise to coordinate the delivery on the day after the bedding would have already been expected to be in place! Presenting pleased with the purchased bedding and the comfort they provide. And, the freebies offered to correct the delivery mistake were welcomed. Only giving 2 stars for the overall lousy experience! Lastly: For the store personnel who said«please don’t leave negative feedback»! A suggestion for them: make sure your team is doing their job correctly and you don’t inconvenience your new customers!

Walked in greeted with a well dressed professional gentleman(Cameron). He was freaky knowledgable about all the types of mattresses. We ended up going with the Beautyrest Black Hybrid and could not be happier. Anybody looking for an honest, personable salesman go here and ask for Cameron. He will take care of you to get the deal you want.

In store experience was fine, however this is the SECONDTIME… and will be last time we have an issue with delivery. Our set TIME was 9 – 12. Nobody called. Nobody emailed. Nobody showed after whole day taken off work. At 12:30 we call them. They were missing one of our items so they had rescheduled us for Saturday night(the next day)…without telling us. So different day, didn’t time, nobody told us. No apology. Now that’s great customer service. Oh wait, they offered to upgrade the mattress protector… impressive. So now we get to cancel dinner plans to wait on mattress, thanks mattress firm. You always disappoint… never again for me though. Done with you, never should have given you a second chance.

Josh Cotten, Store Manager, is the most knowledgeable sales person ever. He is gracious, kind, patient, and doesn’t try to «sell» you. He asked the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and kept within our budget. HIGHLY recommend if you need a mattress, go see Josh at Mattress Firm. You will not be disappointed! Worth the drive on 635!

Just ok service felt like I walked into a car dealership got a ok deal on a mattress but the one i got was not at store so salesman said it had to come from warehouse in Sherman Tx and he would call us to pick it up when it came in so got the call to pick it up but he never said I would have to pick it up from across town at there other warehouse in rush hour traffic it just sucked on this deal.
