Work got done but customer service sucks. I felt I was bothering him to give him my money.

I went to buy my husband a new stereo with back up camera for his birthday– I was quite clear about not knowing what i was buying, I also asked if they would «conceal «it they put it in a large box — they did NOT give me a detailed receipt just a credit stub. I asked them — Is everything in there that he needs? I was told yes.
2 weeks later hes opened his gift he loves it– but he cant find a camera.
We attempt to call and «that person just left» try back Monday
We wait to call on Monday. They say the camera looks like a licence place– there isnt one
They then tell me that i have to buy a new one. Even IF they had found a camera they would not have it for us. I have the SKU # from the box it would be easy to compare, i will never shop there again

Unprofessional, very poor customer service, not very knowledgeable about their own products and lied about replacing and even ordering correct part. Would not recommend at all! 0 stars
