We’ve been taking our cars to Venny and the guys since they’ve been open and wouldn’t dream of servicing our vehicles anywhere else. They are honest, don’t recommend extraneous or unnecessary repairs, and have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. They’ve made good on anything that wasn’t repaired the first time, which can happen anywhere (I repair things for a living and anyone who tells you that ‘everything’ is ‘always’ repaired the first time is a damned liar, some issues require troubleshooting to resolve) or was covered under warranty. I had an alternator fail 11 months after it was replaced, once, and they replaced it under warranty and only charged me labor. Heck, I didn’t even think to ask about the warranty and he says, «Teri…didn’t we replace that last year? I think it’s still covered.» We drove that van for 4 years after that an never had another issue with it. You really can’t go wrong here.
