Sonic Drive-In

The servers are great. Food is good, when the order is right. Today? Not so good. Cheddar poppers (4 count) were cold, not even warm & small milkshake was watery. Burgers nice n hot. Love their Diet Green Tea. That & the nice servers are why I come back.

After a horrible experience of waiting and having to cancel my order at the Sonic off 1425 N Loop 12, Irving, TX 75 061, I have to give the team that worked last night 5 stars! At the Sonic off loop 12 i literally waited 20 minuted for 1 kids wacky pack with grilled cheese with a Powerade, an additional grilled cheese and 1 large water. I cancelled my order and came to this Sonic and was very pleased with the friendliness that first started by the greeting when i pressed the order button, and the literally 7 minutes that it took to have my food delivered. The cooks at sonic locations are to put food down on grill as soon as the order is made even if carhop is still taking order, I know this because i worked at sonic while i was in high school! The food was tasty, even my 2 year old daughter expressed her satisfaction when she told me yumm mom good papa! The car hop was friendly and courteous… This is how sonic drive in are supposed to be!!!
