I went to this store order 14 pc mixed, 7 biscits, and 2 large sides. I asked for hot sauce and honey, the cashier handed me 3 packs of hot sauce and 1 pack of honey. I asked her for more and she said it would be extra charge for more. After arguing with her for 2 minutes she finnaly gave me 7 more packs of hot sauce and 4 more packs of honey. I told her this still was not enough because i had a 14 pc and she told me that i would not get more without extra charge. I have never been charged extra for hot sauce and honey in my life at popeyes. Casher was very rude. I call corporate and made a complant, will never come back to this location again.

My experience has always been just ‘okay’ at this location.
And I feel like the spicy check has lost it’s ‘spice’.
When going through the dive-thru, sometimes you get napkins and a folk, sometimes you don’t. And sometimes they get your order wrong. (always check before leaving)
I order a cajun turkey once, it was just ‘okay’.
Not suer what happen with their branding and food quality … it’s just ‘okay’.

I really love the crew here. They are all friendly. I always get red beans and rice as my side. I also like the honey with the biscuits. I used to get the spicy but now I find it better to get mild and add a jalapeño pepper to spice things up. The mashed potatoes are also good. You can’t go wrong ordering the chicken. I tried the po boy sandwich once but it wasn’t worth it. Just stick ro the fried chicken. LOL
