Public Storage

I came in to rent a storage unit and worked with Alicia… She was very helpful and attentive. She also did well with multitasking with helping other customers (taking payments) while setting me up for a months rent. We had a discrepancy with what I was told on the phone (move out date/​price) and in store but she was able to clear it up and make a happy customer. She’s defiantly went above and beyond to make it work out and not cancel my reservation. Thanks Alicia you made it a great experience.

Denise is great!!! We asked for our light to be changed in our unit. She got right on it and is always a pleasant to talk with and deal with. We haven’t experienced any issues and have had our stuff here for a few months now.

We recently went to this Public Storage on Walnut hill in Irving since we are moving in July. My husband checked several other storage units and decided on this one. We wanted to go look at the size of the space before renting to ensure it was big enough. We found out it was cheaper to reserve the space on-​line so I mentioned it to Denise-​the employee on duty. She was wonderful! I had left my cell phone at home because the battery was charging-​Denise went on-​line for us and reserved the space to get the cheaper rate and so we didn’t have to go all the way back home. she provided excellent customer service!
