Great customer service as far as ignition-​interlock service goes. There are numerous private operators of these government required interlock services, and this is the best one I have used thus far, I have only used two, and between Draeger Interlock and Smart Start I choose Smart Start. They have remote unlocking capability and pretty damn sturdy head units, I have put mine through hell. The service technicians are what really set this place aside too. They are always fast, knowledgable and very willing to go a little further. Thanks Smart Start.
