They beat CARMAX by $ 1200 on the quote on buying my truck! I didn’t need to show them my quote that was there first and only offer. No brainer, they saved my the hassle of selling online and dealing with who knows who.

I didn’t even know Texas direct auto was in the DFW area until I saw them on Unilocal.These people are fast and very reliable. I wanted to sell my car and in 30 mins I wa done. The money I got for my car was way better than anywhere else I had gone. Definitely will do business with them again!

Usually selling a car can be just as stressful as buying one. At Texas Direct Auto, that was not the case. We were immediately greeted by a very personable gentleman (Chad) outside who was appraising another vehicle. Upon entering the establishment, we were warmly and immediately greeted by the smiling face of Frankie. The facility was equipped with complimentary tea, coffee, & water. There was also a zen area complete with two free of charge massage chairs. The appraisal we received was $ 1500 more than the one we received from CarMax and that was without any haggling or having to produce the offer letter from CarMax. (I don’t say that to encourage anyone to arrive without a written offer from another dealership. I say it to impress upon the readers of this review that this was a very non-​stressful, comfortable, and dare I say it, painless experience!) I strongly recommend Texas Direct Auto to anyone looking to sell his or her vehicle!

Wow! I am going to do 2 reviews one on 2 different locations that I dealt with. I wanted to sell my Infinit SUV and I got a great quote at the Kingwood location when I was traveling down there for work. I mulled it over for a couple of days and decided to go ahead and sell my car to them. I was told I didn’t have to drive back to Houston and that I could go to the Irving location. Right off the bat 2 for 2… great price and convenience!
When I went into the Irving location, Mrs McGuin immediately helped me. She was polite and extremely efficient! She was able to make the process easy and quick! She even helped me deal with my dumb lender! She sorted everything I needed to make sure payoff was correct! She gets a gold star in my book!!! I walked out of there in just a short time with a GREAT price on my car. I didn’t know selling my car to a dealer would be so easy! Thank you Texas Direct for making the process unexpectedly simple!
