U-Haul Moving & Storage of Irving

I would’ve given this place a higher score but even though I took a picture of how much gas the pickup truck had they still charged me extra because, according to them, the arrow was a millimeter short. Oh, and that was after calling me a liar.

I rented a small cargo van for 2 days last week from this Uhaul in Irving to move my stuff to the new apartment. I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday only to learn the next day they charged me for 3 days instead of 2. It was then a hassle to open a dispute with Uhaul since when I called the Irving office the lady who answered the phone pulled up my file but could not even understand what I was saying. I was then transfered to their customer service department which took forever and when they finally got on the phone it was a pain in the ass to explain to the lady what had actually happened!
After talking to the lady the dispute was opened only for me to see later that I had been billed another $ 100+ USD by Uhaul. So first I got billed for an extra day and then another $ 100 on top of that. I then called them back and they took forever to figure out why I had been billed that amount. So finally they told me that they refunded the whole first charge and billed me the second charge which is the actual amount. YOU DONT GO AROUND BILLING PEOPLE’S DEBIT CARDS TWICE!!! that is STUPID since the refund takes A WHILE!!! Because of these morons I ended up paying an over draft fee and my financial matters were messed up.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL. DO NOT RENT AT THIS UHAUL. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
