Worst drive thru experience ever with two cars in the drive through they park both of us make me wait eight minutes for my food then they don’t give me my breakfast Burrito when I get back home I call they don’t answer so I had to come in because it’s after 11 by the time I get back I can’t have my breakfast Burrito anymore even though I paid for it and after waiting eight minutes for it they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it there sorry. That if I wanted to come back tomorrow that I can get it tomorrow. I don’t live near this Carl’s Jr. I was headed to a friends house nearby picking up food before going now somebody’s gonna be without breakfast and completely unhappy.

When it first opened this was the best Carl’s Jr in the area. My last six visits, all but one have been a bitter disappointment. Incorrect orders, undercooked food, missing items, and sloppily assembled burgers. I have previously directed complaints at the web site and been met with watered down platitudes but no improvements have been made. On one occasion I parked, went inside and shared my concerns with the manager who listened but apparently took no noticeable action. So I shall repeat it here– you cannot blame your employees when they all do the same thing. This is a result of poor training and poor management pure and simple. There seems to be excessive focus on keeping the«window time» at the drive though down and not enough on food quality and service. Today my fried zucchini looked like it had barely seen oil. White and tasting of flour. You’d think by now I’d know better. You can be sure that next time — if there is one, I will turn off my engine and check my order thoroughly before driving away. That’s the feedback you won’t get from most customers as they will likely not make the effort to return. I highly recommend this location to anyone who checks their order carefully before leaving, or who is willing to receive disappointment later. Or if you don’t care when you don’t receive what you pay for.

Came in to buy breakfast just to buy 2 biscuit and French toast sandwich … Store Open for 24hours and yet looks they are not prepared for anything … Waited for 15mins … 3 – 4 people(talking-talking) /2 of us customer /no drive thru customer … Service are NOT good — service is ugly …

I’ve been to this location for lunch a few times — the taste is good but the way the food arrives is really sloppy and haphazardly put together. They must have trained monkeys putting the sandwiches together. Today was the first time I went for breakfast at this location. I decided on the Hearty breakfast plate because they ran out of other items I wanted(and this is 5:50AM). When I got to the office, opened up the plain white styrofoam container to find a mess and unappetizing mound of greasy ‘food’. The main things that bothered me were the gray, monochrome sausage patty, the soggy potato tots because they were steamed in the styrofoam with all the other items, and the dense biscuit that didn’t come with any jam /jelly. You can tell in the quality of the food and overall experience that the owner /manager doesn’t care, and likely is just concerned about the bottom line. In a area where there are loads of other unhealthy choices you’d think they’d up their game. I don’t plan to ever go back — been burned too many times and have always been left wanting. I work close by and will make sure my coworkers know of my experiences with this location.

I don’t go to fast food places often but I decided to try the Philly Cheesesteak Burger a few days back. The burger was a mashed up version of what they show you in the commercial and it was totally overcooked. I ordered the Six Dollar version of the burger which costs over six dollars with tax. Fresh mashed up bun… and overcooked burger. They weren’t even busy at the time and I can see why. Won’t be returning to Carl’s anytime soon and probably never this location again.

I went to this Carl’s jr last night. I ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich for the female. They didn’t give it to me. I discovered it once I got home. Female was pissed and attempted to rip my huevos off. I proceeded to drive back to the Carl’s jr to order another one. The lady said she gave it to me. I told her she didn’t. So, I had to buy another one. Anyways, the moral of the story is that females are evil. And this Carl’s jr sucks ass.

Good service! It’s something you don’t really expect at a fast food drive thru window, but that’s what this place offers. I haven’t been to CJ in a long time, but I still order the same thing. Since I am vegetarian, I get the western bacon cheeseburger with no meat(I know, I know — funny, but I get hungry for bbq sauce, onion rings, and cheese on a sandwich, too!!). Anyways, I ordered and then got up to the window and the manager /owner came over to talk to me. She informed me(and now I am letting all my vegan /vegetarian friends on Unilocal know) that you can order a «meatless» burger and they will customize(!!!) it for you. I have to say — — I was very impressed that she took the time to come talk to me about it. Additionally, I have ordered this«sandwich» before at other places and it’s never been this huge! Tons of fresh produce, lots of onion rings, tons of sauce — — I felt like I could have been on the CJ commercial eating this thing — — lol. The fries were good, too, and everything came out fast. I don’t know how the inside is, but if this is the drive-thru, I am sure the inside is great. Stop by — you won’t be disappointed.

Super duper fast customer service at drive thru, faster than inside. Wilson went in to order just fries and I went through the drive thru to order to BBQ pulled pork burgers, I surely won that race! I was a bit hesitant knowing that their service was so fast through the drive thru and thought that maybe my burger would be cold by the time we drove back home but to my surprise not only was the burger still hot, but it wasn’t messy. Everything was in place and the wrapper was clean enough to not get everything all over the place. I will say though, the sweet potato fries, meh. Nothing special about them. Drive thru lady had wonderful and friendly customer service, even though it was fast, she still had the time to say hi and ask me if I would like extra sauce to go. Def will come back here when in a rush for a fast food meal.

A little small the service is great! But just like any other carl’s jr the food is good and I just go here to hangout on my lunch if I don’t have any plans.
