Went here for the first time with my wife. We didn’t like the experience at all. The chicken (Of that’s what it was) seemed dried out with a slimy skin attached to it. The teriaki sauce was obviously more water than sauce. The rice was dry as well. Hopefully the owner can remedy their products!

SO DISGUSTING!!! They give you a fresh chicken sample & talk you into buying a plate of dry food that has been sitting there all day!!! Not the first time either. I regret wasting my money here & feeding my kids this crap! I complain & the lady tells me maybe it needs sauce??? LOL NO THANKS!!! Gross!!!

Disgusting! STAY AWAY! my friends purchased two plates of their food and it was tasteless. My friend went back to complain and the lady took it back and scooped it back into the containers. Why are they still in business?! MAJOR HEALTH RISK!!!

What’s going on with this place their food is horrible!!! A lot of their food is swimming in to much teriyaki sauce and oil. I had stomach pain all night and couldn’t sleep, must have bacteria. They should get a new cook. Stay away from this place.

DISHONEST SERVICE. Beware!
I asked for a two-​item combo. A dish with beef and chicken teriyaki. The lady served me two skewers of chicken teriyaki (and I thought ‘oh how nice’). At the register, they charged me THREE items. I complained about this, and she said the beef, and two skewers of chicken teriyaki counts as three.
Food is 2 stars.

Their rice– no flavor, orange chicken-​no flavor, teriyaki chicken– no flavor. Asked for half noodles and half rice– ended up with all rice. Oh and apparently this place considers bbq chicken and teriyaki chicken to be the same thing. Oh and the lady was rude so even the service didn’t give them any points.

This place is pretty good. I had the house chicken salad which consisted of a generous portion of chicken. The last gave me 2 chicken skewers and teriyaki chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes. A little on the salty side but totally edible. Will be coming up.

Horrible. Probably some of the worst Chinese food I have had ever. Very oily and swimming in sauce. All of the food had the same flavor including the chow mien. Nothing unique. Go to Panda Express instead. At least you know you will get food that is consistently the same across multiple Panda Express establishments.

Went there today, not happy with customer service and how the prices were not clearly stated. My boyfriend ordered a 2 item plate (6.50) Chow mein, chopped teriyaki chicken and orange chicken; I wanted a chicken bowl (5.99) just rice veggies and chicken, however, the employee suggested the 2 item plate for just .50 more saying «it’s better» so I agreed and chose rice, chow mein, spicy chicken and chopped teriyaki chicken. As the cashier rung us up our total was 19.60 so I asked how much our plates were and she said 9.80 each and that we both got four item combo plates! We were shocked at the total and we were never informed they count chopped teriyaki chicken as two items. The cashier was really pushy on not giving us a refund and kept offering us a free drink then two and was telling us «know next time it counts as two items.» Overall not happy and will not be returning due to the employees attitude and lack of patience.

The Hispanic lady accidentally spilled food on my clothes. I tried to be polite and told her it was fine. She continued to take my order, repeatedly asking if I wanted to try food. I was taking my time looking at their selection and all of a sudden she throws a fit and leaves me unattended. Horrible customer service. Last time I’m ever going to eat here.

I’ve only had samples, but their chicken is good.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food is gross. No flavor and my chicken was more bone and fat then meat. My Mac n cheese was hard and looks like it had been there for days. There’s a reason they have a B from the health department

I’m sad this place has such bad reviews! I eat here so much the three people who work there know what I want! I always get chow mein, chicken, Mac and cheese, and mashed potato. I know that sounds like a weird combo but it works so well. Yumm I’m going to go get some tomorrow!

Got the Combo #1 that comes with Fried Rice or Steamed Rice, 2 pieces of Teriyaki Chicken and 2 sides. I got mine with Fried Rice and Mac and Cheese and Mash Sweet Potatoes. The chicken was a little dry and the fried rice was mushy. The mac and cheese tasted a little watery and the mashed sweet potatoes with marshmallow was super gooey. My cousin and I both got stomach aches hours after we ate. I guess this is what to be expected from food court food.

This place is horrible. I had the chicken and pork with chow mien. The piece of pork I had was 80% bone and the rest was very dry and hard. My chicken was full of fat and skin. Their chow mien tasted like they boiled noodles to make spaghetti and just added soy sauce with carrots. I decided to go ask for my money back because my food was pricey ($ 8.50) and felt totally ripped off. They gave me the run around and made me wait. Eventually they gave me half of my money back because 10% of my food was eaten. Poor food and poor customer service with a premium price. stay away at all costs.
