Grilledwich

Craving something different from typical mall food court food, I decided to try this new spot. Grilled cheese sandwich? Isnt it just cheese and bread? Not here! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Chipotle and added red onions and red roasted peppers. Not paleo but it was pretty good for a quick bite to eat. Something different in West Covina to try when you’re at the mall but I wouldn’t make any special trips for them.

I the middle of the upstairs Mall area next to the food court, they are serving grilled cheese sandwiches.
I love the presentation, the cleanliness, the friendly service and the quick preparation time.
I would not travel from China to try their grilled cheese, but I would come back when I am in the area.

Happened to be in the West Covina Mall and happened upon this little diamond in the rough that is dearly referred to as the Food Court. If you like Grilled Cheese sandwiches then this is right up your alley; if not… well, TS for you then I guess.
Pretty simple and straightforward menu. Tried the Spicy Carne Asada’wich that consisted of carne asada, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, cilantro, and chipotle ranch dressing located between two slices of Italian bread. I did order mine minus the jalapeños which I later wished I had not because while this ‘wich was tasty, I think the jalapeños would have tied the whole sandwich together. They did offer a Mac and Cheese grilled cheese as well which I was tempted to try to see how it compared w/​the ones they offer on the Grilled Cheese Truck, but next Gadget… next time…

Just opened… What a concept and in a great spot. The menu items are very bold and ask you to give them a try!

Ohhh heck yes. Had the turkey bacon’wich and was satisfied. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I was so excited when I saw there was a new grill cheese spot at my local mall. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are to die for! I have found my new craving spot! Dont forget to get their smore’ wich dessert. Its awesome! Another reason to visit the mall.
