This place deserves zero stars. employees are rude and gossip in front of customers. There can be a line of people and they gossip about their vacation. Gossip should be kept in their lunch off the clock time, not when customers are in line waiting to order. Pregnant girl taking orders around 11am. Is very rude and bothered to take your order. Always asks for your order and asks if your sure about your order! Wtf? When asked about new drinks doesn’t know what you are talking about and calls someone else for help! Asks for a certain drink and asks you what’s in it? Why are we paying 6 to 7 dol for a drink where I have to walk you thru how to make. AWFUL!!!

I ordered a Hot mocha through the mobile app, it was waiting at the counter when I arrived which was awesome! However when I picked it up it was very light for a Venti cup so I removed the lid and it was filled to the size of a grande aprox. So I tell the barista that I’d like it filled to the top with coffee and she says I will have to charge you extra for that because it’s already made, but I can add whip cream or milk? Wow since when does the customer have to pay for the baristas mistake… If I payed for a Venti then I should get what I payed for.

When you go here you might as well just ask them what they do have. They were out of everything. I ordered 2 different drinks and then they told me oh, we’re out of al of that. I finally gave up and said make me what you do have. I will never come back to this one.

Totally disappointed with this bucks today… Went in just for Starbucks happy hour for Frapuccino I order a tall birthday and a tall s’mores the women on the headset I. Drive through told me would I like to upsize it I asked her how much it would be she told me and I said no so then she said are you sure cause we’re not taking orders at the window which I thought was rude to say period and why would you turn down money at the window just because you can’t handle when it’s so busy for happy hour wow! Then I get to the window they hand me my drinks which the birthday drink did not have the pink whip just bothered me its Frapuccino happy hour and you don’t have the ingredients for specific drinks bummer!!! Come to find out the manager was taking my order even bigger wow come on Starbucks where’s the quality beverage I come for where’s the uplifting experience! Total disappointment.

I’m from out of town only stopped here as a pit stop off the freeway & I’ll never stop here again. We wanted to go through the drive through but the drive thru had a cardboard sign on a A-frame saying that it was ccosed and to come inside. We went inside first thing I noticed was the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in days. My order was simple I just wanted a venti blonde with half and half & two splenda. Now I understand I can get the half and half from the condiments area BUT the reason I always ask for it from the counter is because that half and half behind the counter hasn’t been sitting at room temperature for HOURS at the condiments station. It shouldn’t be a big deal to add that to a coffee! The chick at the register first tells me that she’ll have to hand pour the blonde so I should get the pike since it’s made already. If I wanted pike I would’ve ordered pike so I said no thank you I’d like the blonde. At this point she says the half and half and splenda are off to the side I’ll leave room for you to put it in yourself. Seriously? She proceeded to hand pour the blonde whilst looking miserable doing it. Whatever happened to costumer satisfaction being at the top of the totem pole? Also when I went to use the restroom the lock was broken to the women’s restroom & my boyfriend told me the men’s restroom was out of toilet paper.

Food & drinks taste better here than in nearby Baldwin Park(I detest weak Chai Lattes). Flat whites are better here too. Tends to have popular breakfast items in stock, as opposed to the other locations who run out. Has a busy Drive-Thru & is apparently the only Starbucks in Irwindale. I’m the kind of person who needs a moment to decide, so I don’t mind a 10 second delay in placing my order at the counter. I can see how this might irk the impatient.

This Starbucks is the worse place to stop and relax. Isn’t that the point of the chill music and relaxing ambiance? A hour to chill and mind your own business will me narrated by the crew too deplorable and insensitive to realize that their words are audible to the naked ear and are not nice. Goes to show that people can be ugly on the inside.

Can’t believe this place! They are lucky I have to put a star… They were going to turn my girlfriend away without the drinks, for the inconvenience of not having enough change for $ 100. Then tried to give her rolls of quarters and dimes… wow I’m really amazed, and started driving there to throw my drink at them, since our business is not welcome.. Tried to support local businesses, but I’m not going to suffer doing so… Jimmy!

If I could give it «0» star, I would. I love Starbucks and have been for the past 10 years. Ralph at this location is very impatient. I have not experienced it anywhere this type of service. We went in and there is no one in line but me and my dad and no one behind us. My dad always have the same drink which he orders,(regular brewed coffee) and I am always changing my drinks so I was just deciding and he was rushing my dad as my dad already said she wants a drink also on the same tab. I believe I get time to decide the type of drink I would like as I am paying for it. He rushed me again, and I quickly decided caramel macchiato, he closes the tab quickly, but I didn’t finish ordering. I said with soy milk and he said it is actually more but that’s fine. This wouldn’t have happened if «Ralph» was a bit more patient. Will not return to that Starbucks thanks to «Ralph». Very disappointed.

As a Starbucks Gold Member, I travel a lot and I’m happy that there is always a Starbucks were ever I’m traveling to. I also like to shop in their stores and bring back drink ware. I this particular store I fell in love with a gold cup, that I am assuming is a holiday special edition, so I didn’t want to pass the occasion and I got myself one in gold, I also saw it in metallic blue and metallic red, but the gold one grab my attention more than the others. It was about $ 25

Very bad service from the overweight dude who took my order in the drive thru.. He left my frap sitting by the register for 5 min while attending another customer in the drive thru. . To top it off my frap was all watery and taste very nasty. . I seen him transfer my drink to another cup for no reason. . Will not be returning to this location i would rather drive 3 miles down the road.

As much I’d like to give this place a good review, it simply is not. They constantly sell out of things, and are constantly out of necessities such as the coffee stoppers, and what makes it worse is they don’t even attempt to apologize or replace them. These things go on missing for weeks! The parking lot is very tiny, and the drive thru is constantly full going around the store. Don’t bother ordering through Mobile Order because more than likely they will ignore it. Made an order 10 – 15 minutes in advance, had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they hadn’t even began on the order nor looked at it, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering via mobile.

Never have been a big Starbucks fan but appreciate the ability to stop and get some computer work done. Got the fruit bowl which was old and the passion fruit tea tasted like colored toilet water. Threw both away. Im sure id love it if i liked a double flopawoppa with an extra shot crapafrapa… but i dont!

Imgo this is a cute little Starbucks. My only complaint is that it is small and due to this it is very crowded. I waited 10 minutes for my drink. But what do you expect when the place is crowded and they have a drive thru. Plenty of tables to hang out at, but their wifi is unstable and always disconnects after a while… Just sayin

Worse Starbucks ever. This is also my first negative review on Starbucks. My coffee was leaking and they gave me a larger cup for me to pullover and transfer it my self not to mention the fact that they forgot to charge me for a cookie. The manager offered me a discount on the cookie if I drive back, really? If I wanted discounts would I go to Starbucks?

Cleanliness and organization are lacking here. The sidewalk out front is covered with stains. The paint on the door is worn off, and what is left is covered with stains. Trash cans inside are full. Miscellaneous junk(broom, box, bags) is in a walkway(tripping hazard) right in front of waiting customers. That said, this location is PACKED with customers, especially drive thru, so Starbucks is doing something right here. It’s just not cleaning. Too busy to clean? Don’t make me laugh.

If you think Starbucks is Starbucks, come here and see that when done right, you really don’t mind paying these kinds of prices. The staff is very friendly, on point, and does a great job at remembering your name and usual order. Bianca, Bree, Justin and the rest are always great but I have to give a special shout out to the heart and soul of the place… the wonderful Peggy. I’ll let people skip me to make sure that she’s the one to take care of me in the morning.

This Starbucks is amazing. Service is great and fast. I love their Gouda sandwich. It’s good and addicting. Just perfect for breakfast. You can relax inside or take it to go. This location is very nice and welcoming. If you are on Arrow Hwy in Irwindale give it a try

Small parking lot in the front but there’s more in the back. The drive thru is popular, it was starting to get long when I walked into Starbucks and by the time I got my drink and left, the lined shortened. I only spent 5 minutes in the store. I thought the long drive thru line would make it take longer to get my drink but they created my drink within 2 minutes. I ordered the Franken frappucino, the employee taking my order didn’t know what was in it but he asked his coworker and wrote it down. My first time trying the Franken frappé and it was GOOD. Employees were fast and friendly. This Starbucks is one of the smaller ones. There is an outside patio too but you maybe want to stay inside during colder months. This Starbucks closes relatively early.
