I forgot to update! When I came in the next day to exchange my phone, there was a new person working. He was very kind and much more personable. Rather than making me call Sprint myself, he got my phone activated on the network so I could walk out with a working phone.
Another good point: Dynatel seems to be very honest. I didn’t realize until after I was on the freeway that I had left my 4GB memory card in my broken phone. They come standard with a 2GB card, so I really wanted it back. I pulled over and looked into my phone. Sure enough, he had switched them for me!
They also programmed the Sprint survey number into my phone, which was awesome. Unlike the Pasadena Sprint store, Dynatel didn’t tell me «take this survey and give me all 5s». He just mentioned that he would appreciate my feedback if I had the time.
If my phone ever has issues, I’m bringing it here first!
