Sun Green was new to my neighborhood so permitting took a little longer than it would have in other cites. Paul (Salesman) could not have been more thorough with his presentation. He took the time to answer all my questions and showed me all the calculations as to why solar would work for me. His original proposal, before reviewing all my electric bills, came out estimating 4 panels more than the more thorough prosal. Instead of staying with the original plan like most salesmen would do (make more commission) he saved me 4 panels and thousands of dollars. This cut my payoff time by several months! The crew was very friendly. They set me up with a portal so I can track my production on a daily basis. Bottom line… great company with knowledgeable salespeople, efficient and pleasant installers for a great value.

We decided to go with Sun Green Systems for they had the overall total customer care! We had an excellent experience from the date of purchase to when we turned on the system. They made sure even the incentives were taken care of, and their response time is usually within 12 hours.

I contacted several other companies in the San Gabriel Valley to get quotes on a new solar system for my house. The first company I left a message with no return call. The second one seemed to be on the up and up until he asked me what my budget was. The last company I called was Sungreen. I spoke with Patty Lee which I liked straight off. As we talked she looked up my address on google, asked what my electric bill was a month and was able to tell me how much it would cost for solar power. That evening I scanned and sent over a copy of my bill and made an appointment to meet with Patty. She came out right away, explained the cost of the solar installation, the rebates and tax information. Patty took care of everything. The process on my part was easy. The installation was a breeze. The workers knew that I had pets and made sure to secure the gate as they entered and left my yard. They were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and happy that I had chosen them to do the work. I highly recommend them :)
