This is the worse online place to get a bike period!!! Super bad customer service!!! Will never pickup on your phone calld. Take 2 – 5 day just to answer your e-mail. And 5 days later. Im still waitin on their e-mail so I can go pickup the bike that I paid for online… I would rather pay someone double with great customer service. Than to deal with these loser!!!

I bought two bikes, both gifts, from this place within 9 months. First time great service, no problems. However, second time, there were some issues… they seem to be pretty accommodating but they take at least 1 – 2 days to respond to emails. In this day and age, a few hours to respond to a customer’s question is unacceptable. Overall, they get three stars from me. They are the cheapest around, but once you add the shipment and assembly fee it comes out pretty equal to other online sites selling beach bikes. For $ 25 you can get them to assemble the bike for you, but if you’re a hands on person, do it yourself and use that money to buy a shiny bell for your new bike. The great thing about this place is that you can pick up the bike at their Arcadia location, saving you some money(but they still charge for will call, which is not as bad as shipping cost). Nickel and dime, nickel and dime!

Great prices, limited selection, but you can’t beat those prices. If you’re looking for a beach cruiser, this is the place to get it at. I got mine here had it assembled the first time. Second time, i brought it to my local bike shop. They’re a little better at assembling, but again, you can’t beat the prices. I got a beach bike for about $ 100, when the same place I got it assembled was seling it for $ 500! Even with the assembly, you can’t beat it.

Got a couple of bikes from them for Christmas. Great prices and great selection. They had such a great deal on beach cruisers. They even assembled, there was an extra fee, but it was worth it. I was working with Daniel and Kerri, but great guys. Kerri was a great gal.
