STALE food!!! Please do not waste your money. The food they’re hoarding is at least 2 weeks old, and smells so bad. The server over heats the item in the microwave and you can’t bite into the food for the first few minutes because it’s piping hot. I complained about the stale food and all I got back was ‘OK’. Poor service and poor food!

Asked twice to double check that the bread loaf I was buying was multi-grain. «Yes yes.» Get home, open it up, definitely white bread. Fml. Definitely see what the other reviews mean by poor customer service. Not worth returning. Definitely go to Hot Breads instead.

The pastries were good. The customer service, bad. I was not greeted. Eventually I was asked, «Do I want something?» It was very unwelcoming. I was not thanked or asked to come back.

I ordered a customized pastry cake for my babyshower and had horrible experience. Taste of the cake was good. we agreed to go with single flat round sheet with stroller. But after charging 50 $ for Sugar stroller piece it was far below the expectation. They didn’t even try to match the color of the cake.

Went to buy a pastry cake and experienced horrible customer service. A lady working at the counter was looking at raising her eyebrows and that is her way of greeting customer. Talks very rude and made us feel disappointed for spending money there. These people should learn to treat a customer before they start a business. I would never suggest this to anyone. Not a bakery store experience you will ever want.

I have a living social coupon for this place and ended up with a variety of cookies. Most of them were pretty delicious. We also tried a mango dessert which was great as well as a few of the stuffed buns. Pleasantly surprised by the kick in the aloo ones.
