as of today 1÷3÷16 I have an update. as you read previously my experience with this particular DD was not favorable. After writing my review and also taking the survey that was on the receipts. The store manager reached out to me to apologize for the treatment that I received and offered a free drink and sandwich for my inconvenience. I increased the number of stars because the store manager didn’t have to reach out, nor apologize, nor indicate that changes would be made to correct the training and treatment of the customers. I felt that it was a generous thing to do and is appreciated and for that reason I have increased the number of stars from 1 to 2. I am still not 100% certain that I will return to that store. However, I am not closing the doo on the possibility. _______________________________________________________________________ you want to be insulted? go to this place… I just left the drive thru and am truly disgusted and insulted by the treatment of the drive thru attendee Tanvi S. She was rude and I don’t appreciate being talked about in another language that I do not understand right in front of me! ITISDISRESPECTFUL. I placed my order for 6 donuts(3-with chocolate rainbow sprinkles, 1– Boston cream, 2– old fashioned, 1 small coffee with milk and 2 sugars, one DD Perks card for $ 2). it took 3 tries to get the order placed; and I was the one given attitude and got my order wrong. Look if you don’t like it here then I suggest that you not work at a job where you interact with people. then to top it off when I asked for the DD Perks cards she looked at me like I had 4 heads. It must have dawned on her that I was human too and she said«how much», I said«$ 2 please»; she said«give me to $ 2» I looked at her like«what?, excuse me». I should have just canceled the order and went home. But no… I gave her my card to pay for the full order and she did two separate transactions. I asked her why and she looked at me like I shouldn’t challenge her. NEVERAGAIN…

If you’re here for customer service then don’t come here, but if you’re here for coffee, donuts, sandwiches, ice cream then by all means, go. I just want my ice coffee mocha with milk right, other than that, employees don’t smile, they aren’t there for that. They are here to get your stuff and leave because they are on a busy road and they don’t have time for all that hahaha fast service!!!

Thieves. Advertised special and charged full price. Dealt with person named Pinky who was rude and did not know what she was talking about. Did not fix the problem and told me to talk to the manager who wasn’t even there. And to top things off the coffee was not as good as other dunkin donuts in the area.

THISPLACEISTERRIBLE. Im extremely up set that every morning at 5am the same rude gentleman doesnt understand costumer service. This is how my encounter went with this guy this morning. No hello nothing, just a very rude response. Rude guy:“Yes. What do you want“ Me: «Large hot coffee with milk, extra sugar and hazelnut.» Rude guy: «Large hot coffee with milk hazelnut extra MILK» Me: «No, Large hot coffee with milk, extra sugar and hazelnut.» Rude guy:” YEA, I don’t understand say that again“ Me:” Large hot coffee with milk, extra sugar and hazelnut.“ Rude guy: «Drive…» Me:(pull up) Rude guy,” What did you want in your coffee again? Hazelnut?“ Me: «Yea.» Rude guy:” Its $ 2.54 …(hands me an extra large cup) Me: «Dude, its a large not an Extra large.»(Im not paying for your mistake) Rude guy: «No, no, no I just ran out of large cups. Gimmie your card»…” No receipt paper either so your not getting one, good bye.“ Me:…“Drive off, angry!“ I’m upset because this is my second complaint and havent gotten a response for DD corp or anything on how this situation with this fellow would be handled. My first compliant came a few months back with the guy. I took the survey about my visit and wrote a poor review and received no response. Nothing has been done to fix this gentlemen’s attitude. I’ll find a better coffee spot on my commute to work… I might end up going to the STARBUCKS thats right next door, atleast they know how to treat there costumers even when their coffee taste bad.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. During my visit, I saw a bug on the counter when I was ordering ice cream from the Baskin Robins side. I’m not going to make any claims as to what type of bug… but I am sure you all know where I am going with this. I am not an bug expert. But if you ask me, it was not clean or safe at all. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he did nothing and told me that they are«free of any pests.» He didn’t even try to rectify the situation. I am not the type of person who lies to get free stuff. I never expect it. In fact, I hate complaining and I only bring legitimate issues up to managers/business owners attention. Just the other day I was at a convenient store and ordered food. The gentleman forgot about me and never made my food. I felt bad complaining and I promised him that everything was fine. He apologize profusely and insisted on giving me a refund. I was shocked. I didn’t even complain and he still made my food and gave me a full refund. He told me it was unacceptable for me to have been waiting that long. I am by no means stating that I should have received some sort of compensation for my complaint, but in an attempt to keep my loyalty as a customer, I would’ve appreciated something more than. «we are free of any pests.» Maybe an apology and reassurance that they were going to hire a professional to come take a look. I was disappointed even more because not only did I reach out to the store manager/owner, I even emailed Dunkin Donuts directly(since it is a franchise and just anyone can purchase one based on a franchise agreement). Even Dunkin didn’t reassure me in anyway either. Very disappointed over all.

They have the fastest drive thru! Even at 8am and 10 cars ahead of me. It moves very quick. The only comment I would say is that because of how fast the service is. the food comes out a littler cooler then I would like.

Good place to hang out. Fresh donuts and bagels. Fast service inside and drive thru. Nice hot coffee exactly how I want.
