Love the staff! They’re grrrrrrreat! Try the caramel apple spice, it makes everything wonderful.

I’ve been here about a half-dozen times now, mostly because I needed a sugar, fat, and caffeine recharge after being somewhere else, but I have never been disappointed. They are conveniently located – even if the parking lot divots make you feel like you’re dropping into a hole when you park – and the crew is fast and courteous. Even better, they have a dedicated shelf for online orders so I know where my stuff is when I come in after ordering. Bonus! OK, it is no secret that I love Starbucks. I also recognize that every location is not the same – some are OK, but some are incredible. This location falls somewhere in between, and that’s a good thing. So, drop in and get your fix. They’re good.

I LOVE Starbucks and always have great service at every Starbucks I’ve been to except this one. The only reason it even gets two stars is because it’s Starbucks. The customer service at this location is horrible. The one guy who usually works the register has no personality and isn’t friendly at all. He makes it quite obviously he doesn’t like the idea of my fiancée and I’s relationship because of race. While it doesn’t bother us personally it certainly makes this location look racist with him at the register. This location is also too worried about trying to be fast than be accurate which is why they consistently mess up the order. A few weeks ago my fiancée and I went to this location and ordered two drinks and I ordered a breakfast sandwich. They got the entire order wrong! We ordered Grande’s and were given Talls instead. When we mentioned the mistake we got a dirty look and the barista remade the drinks without saying a thing. Then I ordered a turkey bacon, egg white and cheese sandwich. I was given ham, egg, and cheese. I don’t eat pork and no I’m not Muslim either. I called the customer service about this and was given a $ 10 credit which was nice but my order they messed up cost more than $ 10. I then returned to this location last week and once again they got my order wrong which was simple, I ordered a caramel frapp made with soy and they made it with regular milk which I do not and can’t drink. When I mentioned it the barista said that the women at the register didn’t mark the cup. I don’t care whose fault it is personally but I know from someone who works at Starbucks their employees are told not to put the blame on someone else, but I guess not at this location. This location suffers from them trying to rush rather than be accurate which I know from surveys is not what regular Starbucks customers look for. We look for accuracy above all else. I’m in school for small business management and if I was the manager of this location I would revamp the staff as this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to where no one ever seems happy and gets mad when they make a mistake. Every other location if they make a mistake they are more than happy to correct it. I would avoid this Starbucks unless you have to go. Unfortunately it’s the only one not located in a mall or Target. The next one after that is Linden which has a much better staff but depending on which way you are traveling can be out of the way.

I’ve never had an issue here. super busy in the mornings but it’s never a super long wait. some baristas are friendlier than others. parking lot is in serious need of a repave.

been coming here for a while now so the staff knows us. maybe that’s why they are so nice to me? the lines can get long and slow moving. but if you are going to starbucks, please know what you are getting. dont decide on the counter. dont complain about the long wait and get to the front and be like what does this taste like?

The staff is absolutely terrible. They’re so rude and never fail to make you feel like a burden. There is this one guy with glasses who’s been working there since ever who is the worst out of all of them. I’ll always see him engaging more with his one favorite customer and employee, talking about his new born baby(he talks about his kid A LOT) and completely ignoring other customers in line or even acknowledging their existence. And he has the WORST attitude. Every time he takes my order, my day gets ruined because I have to deal with his shitty attitude. I mean I don’t want you to smile and ask me how my day is, just don’t treat me like crap when I order a grande caramel macchiato. I also think his attitude towards customers is racially motivated, since he is mainly awful to nonwhite customers(Indians, Latinos, blacks) but he’ll welcome white customers with open arms. This person sucks. Often times I sit in the café to do work and I’ll hear them talk about annoying customers, I get it, most customers suck. I have worked in a restaurant for five years and understand what a pain it truly is to be nice to customers who treat you like crap, but from I witnessed(since I go to this place A LOT) is they get decent customers, it’s just the staff who makes it evident they do not want to be there and take their rage on customers for no valid reason. I really wish there was another Starbucks close by that I can go to instead of this one…

This Starbucks only received two stars because it’s Starbucks. I am a Starbucks regular and everywhere I go I get great service, but not here. I am a regular at the linden Starbucks and they got a 5 star review from me. I have only started going here because I got transferred at work and sometimes Pop in for a sandwich or lunch, but the service here is so bad that I almost want to take the 15 minute drive down the road to my usual store. They are so sweet to me there. Whenever I come here I feel like I’m an inconvenience to everyone. There is a young lady that wears a hijab and rolls her eyes and gives dirty looks to everyone. There is a man who never even acknowledges the customers and can’t really make drinks, and an older woman that also treats everyone like an inconvenience and treated an elderly man very rude. I don’t like this Starbucks, if this was my only impression of Starbucks I’d never come back.

I never understood why people would buy such high priced coffee. My wife being one of those folks. But she loves it. I myself do not drink coffee. But she say it is the best you can buy. The lines are long and the price is high. But the service is fast and friendly. So that alone makes this place a winner. Nice place to come in and do some work in their comfortable seating with WiFi access makes this a ideal place to chill.

Bad service for a Starbucks. No hello or thank you from both people working behind counter. Not even a smile on face. Not a good experience will not be going to this Starbucks again. Also seemed short staffed only two people working behind the counter. Also made my drink not good.

Asked for a blueberry scone. Got it five minutes later. Warmed up. I didn’t ask for it to he warmed up. If asked I would’ve said no. Five minutes I will never see again.

This location is great and the only one not inside a mall in the area. Drinks are hit or miss depending on who makes them, but they are always willing to remake to your satisfaction. The customer service and attentiveness is great. My good to drink is either an unsweetened green iced tea, refresh green hot tea, and my favorite-a soy decaf caramel latte.
