ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE! Growing up this was our go-to family snack place! Been there twice in 2 months, first time forgot to mention wanted the Bhel Puri«to go» and the guy working just said«oh well, I already mixed it». I could have very well just walked out and not paid, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today I was back in town and wanted to pick up some lunch asked«to go please» and the guy said its«$ 2 more» whattt?! Ok fine, no problem, get home and everything is watered down and the Pav Bhaji which is $ 6, couldn’t even fill a 5yr’s stomach. Bland, flavorless food! Thanks for ruining my childhood memories! Lesson learned times two!

Great food, guy behind the counter is a racist and a thief. I love Rajbhog. I go to this one and the one in Jersey city. It’s some of the best Indian food you can get in America, particularly the sweets, which are of nearly as good as you’d get over there. Never before have I seen such authentic and delectable Indian food in America. But the guy behind the counter did not give me what I ordered, offloaded whatever wasn’t selling into the styrofoam container, overfilled all the containers so I bought much more than I wanted, and overcharged me by about $ 25. And waited on five other people while I was trying to get my stuff. I should have just walked, but my wife was waiting double-parked outside and I had no time to make alternate dinner plans, so I paid over seventy dollars for enough takeout for four, when I only wanted takeout for two, and even the takeout for four should have run more like forty. I felt the guy behind the counter regarded me as a stupid white tourist, and took full advantage. Rajbhog is still great food, but watch your step with this unpleasant fellow behind the counter.

Great chai and khasta kachori. Pava is good too. Small store with some seats nothing too fancy.

I didn’t learn from my previous experience. I went there again thinking it would be better. But some places never change. The owner is RUDE do not expect a pleasant experience there. They failed to explain the dish I ordered and ended up serving me something meant for people with dietary restrictions. Even before eating it I told him this ain’t what I ordered but he was impolite and said this is it. Would never want to go back there and advise others from going there. Honestly Mithaas is much better

Tiny little store full of yummy little goodies. Prices are generally pretty good for things like chai, sweets, and snacks. Mango lassi was a little pricey considering the tiny container. The guy working the counter was friendly and clearly enjoys his job.
