Excellent, Excellent, Excellent ! .This place was fabulous and I enjoyed every bite down to dessert. The service was excellent, the chef, the servers as well as the manager. I was surprised there was no one else but our party at the restaurant. We had a Caesar salad served family style and we all were able to order what we wanted for dinner, meaning nothing that was ordered was on the menu. This place is a hidden gem and it was definitely worth the drive. It also helps to have a best friend who speaks fluent italian, who is also a gourmet chef extraordinaire! I ordered a tiramisu for dessert that was absolutely exquisite my taste buds are still humming.
You can see on this place if you want to, but I will be back!

Anyone who is looking for a restaurant that accommodates gluten free MUST try this restaurant. My daughter has celiac disease and we were looking for a restaurant with a gluten free menu but came here by mistake. What a find!!. The chef prepared her food with such care and attention to her needs. The waiter spoke to us at length and sent over the manager to discuss her dietary needs. He went back to the kitchen and brought out the gluten free pasta that they use (which was delicious!) and the chef prepared a custom pasta dish with everything my daughter asked for. We have been back several times and have not been disappointed. The food is delicious and everything is made to order. Each time we leave we make plans to return before we are even out the door. The wait staff is probably the most attentive we have seen in a restaurant in a very long time. Everyone that works there seems so appreciative and happy that you chose their restaurant to dine in. They make you feel like family.

There is no shortage of Italian restaurants in the area. The food here is really good and the service is amazing (which quite a few places lack these days). Its a well run place. An all around pleasant experience.

I started coming to this great Restaurant with my wife on Valentines Day 2015. We have since been here on several family occasions. Before posting a Restaurant review, I like to try it multiple times to check the consistency. Gran Paradiso is consistent not only in their food but their impeccable service. Bernardo runs a true «customer is treated like royalty» theme. His ability to remember the names of his patrons as if they were dignitaries is refreshing. His wait staff are attentive and work as a team. Yorky has been my server since Valentines and always remembers my drink order without asking. So if you have some time and want a great experience — come. The Chef is also a master of soups and sauces. The specials are always a delight. I have yet to be dissatisfied with my meals. Oh yes, save room for the cheese cake, its light and delicious!

We came here because of all the rave reviews and weren’t disappointed. One of the best pastas I have had in a long time. Staff very friendly and overall a very nice place. Will be back again for more.

Been here many times. Great service. Very welcoming atmosphere. Appetizers are phenomenal. Tried several of the seafood specials, all have been amazing. The pasta is exceptional too. Never a bad experience.

Delizioso! I’ve been here 2x, both for birthdays for a 1 year old & a 58 year old haha both birthday prince & princess enjoyed their meals. The menu offers a variety of authentic Italian cuisine & if you don’t see it on the menu just ask & they usually can accommodate which I really value in a restaurant being flexible or offering other similar options. Everything I’ve eaten thus far has been finger licking good. I liked the rigatoni alla vodka sauce soo much I asked them to wrap the remaining sauce for me to bring home so I could make pasta & have it for lunch the next day. The staff is super friendly & attentive. Gets busy on weekend nights so I recommend making a reservation & being patient. They have a nice bar to sit at while you wait for your table as well. If you have any room for dessert, try the chocolate cake! Nowadays most restaurants charge you for dessert on your birthday but if you bring in the coupon from their website (
) they give it to you for free, which I respect. I am 1 of 6 children & it’s hard to pick a place that satisfies everyones wants, needs & dietary restrictions & all 8 of us enjoyed it & will be back many times.

I went there last night with the wife. First off it was a Sat night place is packed but there happened to be a seat available right away. We sit down and right away we got our waters and menus. Right away I noticed they looked short staffed. about 5 min later the waiter «yorkie» yes thats his name came over and took our drink order. My wife got the red Sangria and I got a reg coke. Got the drinks about 5 min later. Mind you they still havent brought out the bread. I take a sip and noticed it was diet. About 5 min later he came back to take our order and I said you gave me diet. Yorkie goes I know we have no coke left. I was like WTF? ok fine ask me if I want something else. I then old him can we have bread? He said you want more? I go we didnt have any in the first place.
So we order and got the Calamari Fritti in Arriabiata Sauce. That was some amazing Calamari. I could of ate that just for dinner.
On to the Main course, I got the Gnocchi Bolognese which was so good and my wife got the Chicken Sorrentino which was amazing aswell. I ate some of hers bc she was full.
We were to full for dessert but I got a cappuccino bc. When I drank it the whole mug was froth. I was kinda pissed bc I was really in the mood for one. Over all I would go back, the food is awesome, alittle slow on the service but well worth it.

Just ate there AGAIN last night. The food is soooo good and the staff is outstanding. Been there five times so far and can’t wait to go back again. Mussels in White Wine … to die for. And the pasta with shrimp and clams was amazing. You can tell they cook the shrimp right before they bring the dish out … moist and tasty (not dry like other restaurants). Love this place!

The food here is exquisite. You have to love how creative the menu is and that everything is made from scratch including the pasta and the desserts. The value for your buck is there — especially since you will very likely get two meals out of one entrée. I went with the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, we share PEI mussels which were huge and perfect and then I chose the orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage in garlic and oil. It was all delicious, perfectly prepared, seasoned and even though I don’t particularly care for Italian cheesecake — one forkful turned into 5 because it was THAT good!
The people as always are what catapult this experience to a 5. They are friendly, attentive and just on it. There’s no sense of «that’s not my table» it’s the opposite here. They’re a team and they make sure that everyone is enjoying their experience. The entire team acts like owners and fully invested in the customer. We will be customers for life!
I am basing this rating exclusively on food and service. I did not use the restroom and if there was one thing I would change it’s the location of the restaurant because it doesn’t do the cuisine, the staff and the ambiance justice. That said, based on how clean everything else is and their attention to detail, I’m confident the bathrooms are spotless =)

Excellent food and service. Have gone back numerous times with friends and family to celebrate special occasions. Alberto is our favorite waiter.

The food is wonderful. The décor is pleasant. Staff goes out of their way to be super friendly. Had the grilled chicken breast. It was super moist. They never let the water glass go less than half full We will definitely be coming back.

Don’t really get the hype of this place. Doesn’t feel Italian it feels like a Spanish attempt. The staff is friendly but we weren’t impressed with the food at all

We have been here three times and the food is great! The service is outstanding. A warm, friendly atmosphere. We will now be regulars!
