This place is awesome. Staff are cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. Replies to emails are lightning fast. Appointments are easy. Repair services are very reasonably priced and turnaround times are quick. As with any repair shop, I can’t say I hope I’ll be back soon, but I will be recommending these guys to everyone.

I dropped my iPhone while walking to class. I found
online and so I contacted them for a quote. Talking to them, I felt 100% comfortable sending them my phone. They contacted me once they received it and kept me updated throughout the process (a quick process at that). I even asked them about another issue I was having with my phone and they reformatted it for me and did some tests on it. It came back to me perfect. Really great set of people to work with and I recommend them to all my friends.

Found Rotten Apples via Google to fix my son’s Touch after it made an unfortunate landing on the side of a coffee table. With a name like Rotten Apples, how could I go wrong by shipping them the Touch with the hopes of it coming back professionally repaired for a reasonable price.
Not only did it come back exactly as promised for the exact amount they quoted, it also came back 1 day earlier than expected. In the words of Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty — «Happy, Happy, Happy»!!

Spoke to female on two occasions. she said she would check with coworker for pricing, get information, and call me back. She did not return calls either time. I tried calling again and voicemail is full. Very unimpressed!
Comes across as a high school or college student and his girlfriend running unprofessional business.

I’m editing my original review to correct the order of events (correction below):
Sent two different iPod touches in for the same repair; new screen/​digitizer. The first repair had some issues. It didn’t look great when I got it back and a few months after the repair the screen started acting funny and now it’s completely peeling off the ipod. However, I still sent in a second ipod for the same repair. This repair was excellent and I have no problems with this ipod. I gave them three stars for a 50% success rate with me.
Update: I would also like to respond to the owners comment. I did actually contact the company twice (once within a few days of getting the ipod back and once later) and was not able to come to a resolution to the issue with the first screen replacement. I’m not sure why they don’t have a record of either of my emails.

I never write reviews, but I felt that this was well deserved. I dropped my 3 month old iPod touch 4g while getting out of my car. It cracked from the top right to all the way down the middle. I found Rotten Apples online and shipped my iPod to them for a screen replacement. I live in CA & i was told that shipping would take one week. They sent me an e-​mail letting me know that they had received my iPod. The very next day they sent me an e-​mail saying that the repair was complete! I paid the fees & received my iPod in the mail less than a week later. I didn’t expect Rotten Apples to be so fast, & so polite! I felt like i was doing business with friends. Great job Rotten Apples!

A few days after receiving it as a Christmas present, my daughter cracked the screen on her iPod Touch 4. I searched far and wide for a reputable repair shop to replace the screen that would not charge Apple prices. I decided to take a chance with Rotten Apples — what a great experience it turned out to be. The staff was responsive, educated, and the repair job was seemingly instant. The iPod Touch is as good as new! If another accident happens with any of our Apple iPhones or iPods, I now know where to send them for repair.
