Cool Farmers Market… ITHAS A WINETASTINGROOM… wheee!!! This place is a bit pricey, but well worth it. They also baked some goods such as pie, cookies, and corn-nuts which are all to die for!

Always fresh and local fruits and vegetables, local wine, local honey, and firewood. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area for out of town travelers. I’ll always stop here on my way to work and pick up some fruit for later in the day. Stop by and check it out. Make sure to try some local wine in the tasting room which is always clean and very comfortable inside.

Clean, great service and lots of specialty items. They have a large selection of jams, honey, and sauces. A large variety of goodies and wine tasting. Produce is local and most of it is organic. The food and produce are pricey but it is clean, lots of parking and bathrooms. It is fun to stop and shop.

It is fun to walk through. I never buy anything though because it seems sort of touristy. Overpriced wine and homemade jams and cutsy stuff. The produce is okay but just accross the street is a little shack with same produce at half the price, its just not pretty. When buying fruits and vegetables cutsy doesn’t matter to me. I would review the shack accross the street but I couldn’t even find a business name. Trust me though.

This was my first trip to the Delta, but my father had to check out the farmers market. While much larger in size and variety than the side of the road varieties, it is deceptively larger from the outside than in. But there is reason for this. There are a number of stations with fresh fruit — we saw a lot of strawberries, cherries, berries, and veggies. They also have a selection of dried fruits, nuts, jerky, jams, and even homemade pies. What makes this place stand out is the wine tasting room. This is what makes the place so big, is a walk in area with a solid selection of wines. Similarly, they have a variety of gourmet snacks like crackers, so if you wanted to get a really impressive picnic basket, this would be the place. And you don’t even have to go far, you can just go the large number of picnic tables to the left of the main area. My favorite part was the local ciders. They had at least 4 ciders from local farms, and could be one of the few areas to get these. I regret not getting some.

This is a pretty nice place, although I think calling is a «Farmers Market» is a bit of a misnomer. It’s an openish plan store with produce and other local stuff. The selection is OK, but not super amazing. Still, the location on the intersection is handy, and there’s plenty of parking and outdoor seating(although was a bit hot the day I went), and they had some awesome figs, which I love.

Always love stopping by here when I can to see the new veggies they bring in for the season. The selections are always good. They carry a lot of local products like, honey, olive oils, jams, preserves, sauces & even wines. Lots of dried snacks, nuts, fruits. Check out their«discounted» veggie & fruit area. Some of the veggies & fruits you can tell are passed their prime, but I found some that were just borderline & I brought them straight home to make something out of them.

Awesome market with lots of local and artisianal goods, along with fresh fruits, veggies and stuff you would expect to find in a normal grocery store. Being on vacation, I decided to do the ‘wine tasting’ at 11am. Possibly a bad decision. Not sure who put the wine selection together, but a peach sauvignon, raspberry sparkling, pinot and merlot just wasn’t the best tasting. For only $ 5, I’m not too worried about it, and the woman pouring wine was a sweetheart.

This is large fruit market is open year-around featuring local produce, wine, jams and mustard. There isn’t much locally grown produce in December, what they did have looked very fresh. This is really more of a store than a produce stand. The structure is permanent and very clean inside. I suddenly had to have potatoes and they did not have any which was surprised me. I do think that I will stop here again when they have more in the store. And I might stop sooner to buy the peach jam; the woman working there said it was their best seller. It is made from peaches grown in the Delta and is tasty. The wine tasting is always a plus and perhaps the firewood they carry is too. If I hadn’t bought the jam it would be 3 stars but it is so good I am giving the 4 stars.

Nothing extraordinary, thought they would have had a larger selection, but still always love a farmers market. They even had wine tasting…

OPENDAILY As we left Isleton to head back toward Concord a large sign for the Delta Farmer’s Market caught our eye. It’s close to the bridge to Rio Vista that spans the Sacramento River. I was happily surprised to see this wasn’t just a once-a-week, pop-up market, but an actual business providing fresh fruits and veggies, seven days a week. Local wine tasting is available on weekends, but we weren’t in the mood to sit and enjoy a drink, so we browsed the veggies before getting back on the road! We didn’t know if we’d be going straight home and didn’t want produce to sit in the hot car if not, so we just looked around. Everything looked fresh and delicious!
