I bought an Amazon local deal for the Ionic foot bath, I’ve had foot detox before and thought it would be similar. I did not expect the long education component especially after I was told I only bought a 30 min foot bath. I DEFINITELY did not expect to be yelled at and told I was rude and disrespectful after telling Michael the representative that i was not interested in buying anything. He flipped out and told me he was «done» listening to anything I had to say. He was slamming things around and made a spectacle of himself. I was shocked and appalled that someone representing a business would behave so unprofessionally. I have never in my life seen anyone in the service industry verbally attack a customer and be so argumentative. Absolutely SHAMEFUL. What a waste of time and energy.
