The last two times I went in there were creases in shirts in the weirdest places as well as the collars weren’t pressed correctly. My third visit in to pick up 5 brand new shirts dodnt go well either, when I got home that there was only 4 shirts and I still paid for 5. All of the shirts were brand new and in a bag. I honestly couldn’t remember what new shirt it was when I went back in. Bummed out about the loss and overpaid.

An abysmal cleaner. They lost my tux shirt 2 days before I had my black tie event. I was traveling and they would not take responsibility. I had to purchase a new shirt, and while they did pay for the shirt they lost, they were nasty the whole time. Then they called 2 weeks afterwards, and said they found the shirt and did I want it? I said yes. They YELLED into the phone, well then u pay us $ 75 dollah! All nastily. F them! Unbelievable. Very rude and total a-holes.

One of the best cleaners in Issaquah. The lady is always kind and good sense of humor. The man, probably husband, is a little bit shy and less talk, but he is nice man.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. Our clothes have turned out just fine and the man who owns the place is really sweet! It’s kinda ironic/funny, other reviews say this place has lost their clothes– I dropped off a coat there 9 months ago and just picked it up! Cause I’m lazy and didn’t need it. Good local business, good man.

I find it very interesting that my prior review was listed by Unilocal as «not recomended» and was not factored into the rating system. Why not Unilocal? My opinion is just as valid as all of the others. What’s more, now it is backed by court case facts. I just won a lawsuit in the Issaquah small claims court whereby they are obligated to pay me hundreds of dollars. They lost my shirts and then made a bogus claim they miscounted. Miscounted by 11 shirts the judge asked repeatedly? This establishment is not honest. I would not trust them with my personal belongings. These are the facts. So Unilocal, why would you not want to notify the public of public facts. Issaquah court case 143 – 965 on October 6th, 2014. Look it up on public records

Captain’s Cleaners saved me hundreds of dollars. I went away on business for a few months and left some clothing and whatnot in my trunk. When I came back I found that my trunk had leaked and I had 3 leather jackets that were COVERED in mold. It was so bad that my first instinct was to just throw them away. Luckily I just bagged them and looked for the nearest cleaners, which was Captain’s. I brought them in to let the staff(who I think was the owner) take a look and tell me what my options were. He agreed to clean them at a reasonable price, and if the job was unsatisfactory then it would be no charge. I came back a week later and was SHOCKED at how good they looked. Not only was there not a trace of mold or mildew, but they had that new-coat shine to them. They looked brand new; better than they were before I had left. Even though one coat was almost 15 years old it still came out looking brand new. Can’t thank them enough!

Dress shirts were a reasonable $ 1.99. No wait for drop-off nor pickup. It was done when they said it would be, and no starch as I requested, however they didn’t do the best job. I know the collar on a white buttonup shirt may be a tougher spot, but if it isn’t cleaned properly then what’s the point of professional drycleaning?

I have gone there for years, but this time I really had terrible experience. After my Business trip took 2 overcoat to get it cleaned. took it home and notice that one of my button hole that is surronund by metal was coming apart. I took it back to get them to fix it. and left it there for several days. When I went back to pick it up they told me they were not able to fix it. I asked them to send it to somewhere to fix it. They refused. They claim it was not the fault of theirs. I am out of my overcoat cost $ 300.00 + dry clean fee $ 15.00

I dropped-off and picked-up my items not too long before closing, so there was no wait. Service was prompt, quick, simple and easy. I was in no rush for 1 of my items at all, so they told me it would be ready in 8 days. It wasn’t until like 3 or 4 weeks later I actually ended up picking it up, but anyway, so, I did, and it looks great to me! Actually, it is almost embarrassing for me how much more white it is than when I brought it in :/Yuck! At least I know they do a good job. By the way, they are doing a special on comforters right now 2-for-1. $ 25 was about what it cost me to get 1 comforter cleaned. Also, they’re environmentally friendly if that matters to you. I’d rate it 5 stars, but I’m not big on dry cleaning, so don’t have much around the area to compare it to.
