Chico’s

I went into this Chico’s in Issaquah when they had a summer sale. I first worked with a sales person, who, 5 minutes in decided to take off work, or take a break and handed me over to «Kathy» I was relieved until I realized Kathy was ruder, and more abrupt than her. I asked Kathy if I could order a pair of pants I liked in black online she said, «I don’t know. I don’t go online ever.» Then while I was in the dressing room, I stepped out to ask a question about some capri pants I had on, and the previous sales clerk starting speaking to her (yes she was still there). They conversed and made me wait. Before she rang me up, I asked to make sure which items were on sale, and she was vague. The she rang it up, and 3 items that I thought were on a more substantial sale were not. She could care less what I thought or knew. I asked her if it looked right to her, and she said she said I could check the receipt myself. Some items were 25 off, while others were 40 «confusing» to say the least. Anyhow, she was a stuck up, you know what. Go to bellevue. Personally, I loved Nordstrom sales people, so nice!

Lin at Issaquah Chico’s is a wonderful, caring fashion consultant. She put together the perfect outfit for me to wear to a wedding.
On another visit, I needed to swap a silver necklace for the gold, but didn’t have my receipt, and they gave me no-​hassle accommodations.
Wonderful store, pretty clothes for either dress-​up or casual.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store but god forbid if you try to return any merchandise. I was treated incredibly rude by LAURIE who asked me why I just didn’t return the items to the store I purchased it from instead of my nearest location store Issaquah. She told me I had to wait 24 hours to return a charged item, then when I showed up the next day her first words — oh your back. Why didn’t you go back to Bellevue where you bought the items? Why should it matter! This store is very consistent with their rude behavior on any items that get returned. Customer Service is a 2 ways street — whether you are purchasing items or returning items, there should not be a difference in behavior. I will never step foot in this store again.
