Frankie’s Pizza

They have the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Excellent cheese and tomato sauce, so fresh. I’m gonna miss this place when I go back to California.

I was in Issaquah and decided to order some pizzas from Frankies. It is located in kind of an odd location that can be hard to find.
I ordered two 18″ pizzas. The first was half-​cheese and half meat Si (their meat pizza) and the other was half Frankies special and half sausage, green pepper, and onion.
The pizza is good, with a healthy dose of toppings and plenty of good cheese. My favorite was the special, which was a good mix of meat and veggies. The meat Si was a little to much.
My preference is usually a thinner crust, but others loved the chewy crust. Worth checking out.

A few of us in the house decided to get pizza tonight and go to the park. Land lady had a coupon for Frankie’s. Never heard of this place before.
Take out and delivery only. No sit down. I was a little surprised. Menu selection is pretty good for how small the place is. A pretty good variety of pizzas, toppings, and salads.
My only real complaint is not even the fact there are no tables. It is the price. The smallest pizza starts at $ 16! Wow. We ordered a family size because there were 4 of us, and it cost about $ 28. I find that pretty costly.
I was thinking about ordering another for myself to have another day. Decided not to for some reason. Once outside, land lady shows me the 50% off coupon. Buy one full price, get another for half off.
I honestly have no idea how I missed that. It was on the window, in the menu, and on the monitor, but I was only looking at 2 pages on the menu. Went back inside and asked cashier lady if I could get the deal? She said she would like to, but the order is complete, and she can’t give it to me now.
Ok… no problem. I was disappointed but not upset. I understand. Really. She apologized a few times and I said it is not a big deal. I really did not know about the 50% off, I missed it on the signs because I was focusing on the pizza we were ordering. I said thank you, I will just have to get it next time.
She surprised me and said, you know what, I’ll go ahead and give you the deal. Not supposed to on a closed order, but I will. I thanked her, ordered, and gave a tip.
I told this to land lady as we left and she told me what I suspected. It was how I handled the situation. Not making a scene, not ranting, just being polite and saying ok, I understand.
Pizzas were thick, had plenty on food on them, just a little pricey.
The service was fine, cashier lady was plenty friendly, and food was good.

Their pizza was actually really good I liked the thin crust way better then the regular one. The taster was really good also. I got the coupons off their website and got 2 medium sized pizzas for $ 19. At first I was skeptical of taste but was proven wrong after the first bite.

Great place to have pizza. Much better than Papa Murphy’s for a little bit more. The sauce is excellent.

I found Frankie’s through a co-​workers recommendation. Ever since, I have ordered from Frankie’s multiple times for our office that is down the street from their Issaquah location and for my household. They are always on time and their pizza is to die for, every time!!! Their service is wonderful!

Pizza good. Wings awful (but no worse than every other place around Seattle). My suggestion is to deep fry the wings rather than bake them. They are typical Seattle-​style rubber band tasting baked wings. The manager did offer to give me a coupon and said that he was bound by corporate guidelines on cooking the wings. I didn’t accept the coupon and was a bit rough on the guy on the phone. I just miss good wings. Every time somebody tells me a place around Seattle has good wings I get excited to try them; It’s like a cruel ongoing joke. Baking wings should be outlawed by The Geneva Convention. The delivery was efficient and the manager was a nice guy.

This was the first time ordering pizza from Frankie’s! I was told good things about it I am so sick of Dominoes and NEVER EVER WILL I DO ROUND TABLE DELIVERY again, so my husband suggested we try Frankie’s!
We ordered 2 large pizza’s, Meat Si with bacon on ½ and beef on the other, and a Hawaiian with some chicken wings. They said it would take about 45 minutes. 20 minutes later there was a knock at our door. I turned to my husband and said «no way is that the pizza, and if it is, THEY SCREWED UP THE ORDER». Sure enough it was Frankie’s, ORDER WAS PERFECT!
I absolutely love their crust, no garlic salt, no oil, just soft dough, tons of yummy toppings (they don’t skimp)
Bill wasn’t that bad, I think with Tax & Tip it was $ 50! I love them and will order many more times!

I have had pizza at various places and have ordered pizza with same ingredients in all those places. But Frankie pizza tastes the best if compared to all… specially for the ingredients that I like…

I was super excited for Frankies rad pizza tonight, so were my 3 hungry kids… they told me 45 mins, ok. An hour and 15 mins later i call to see where they are «you’re out of our delivery area»
«Since when? I delivered further than this just 4 years ago. And why the f*ck didn’t you tell me this when I ordered!!!»
Then they hung up on me. I called back, the little effer that hung up on me was the MANAGER!
I remember the big ol head honcho also had ZERO personal skills, so Im not hopeful they will resolve this.
I’m done ordering from Frankies. Thanks for no dinner, Aholes.

I love frankies. They always have great food and service.

I’m not sure why someone would be so sensitive toward a driver that was just trying to help enjoy the delivery experience. We had the same driver as one of the previous reviewers and we thought he (Chuck) was funny, his jokes brightened our night and we hope to get him the next time we order. Also, the food is good and reasonably priced. Please don’t take that reviewers comments as a reason not to order delivery from Frankie’s. Thanks for the laughs, Chuck!

This is a review of a situation which could have turned out bad but the staff at Frankie’s made it a happy story!
My wife and I order pizza and breadsticks for delivery almost every Friday. This Friday my wife ordered for pickup vs delivery. Apparently there was some confusion and when my wife showed up the pizza was out for delivery… to our old address :(. The manager on call handled the situation great! We were given a coupon for a free pizza and instead of bringing us the cold pizza from the wrong address, they made us a fresh order. On top of that, they cancelled the charge on our card and had it rush delivered. Take note every other company, this is how you keep repeat business. Thank you Frankie’s, you will always be our Friday pizza shop.

Pizza is good, but that really doesn’t matter when you employ people that are completely insane. Crazy delivery drivers. He asked me if he could tell me a joke, to which I responded yes… Bad idea. The joke was about JACK THE RIPPER and JFK. I’m not kidding.
He proceeded to ask if he could tell another joke, I begrudgingly said yes. The joke was that he «was selling so much coca cola that he was a ‘COKE DEALER’».
har har. Not the kind of thing I want my neighbors to hear and associate with me. His final joke was about someone losing their mind (which he likened to himself) then, he said while laughing like a psychopath «why am I laughing at this?»
THIS IS WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE, AND SCARY. Obviously we contacted the manager on duty, who said he would «talk to him». Great. Because that is a comforting solution to violent jokes being told to your customers.

Ok guys, I LOVE Frankie’s but they’ve been disappointing me lately.
They are usually on point with your order and the food usually looks great. Well with our past 2 deliveries it’s been two thumbs down. Our pizza looked like the example pizza of the delivery or DiGiorno commercial. Part of the pizza was pushed up against the box as if it was tossed like a frisbee. Then when we asked for extra sides of ranch and didn’t receive them the response we got was «oh we forgot…» really? Thanks guys.
Maybe it’s time to take a break from Frankie’s and go with someone else or DiGiorno.

I love Frankie’s. First, they have the best pizza ever. But their customer service absolutely ROCKS! They totally screwed up an order, and they more than made up for it! I didn’t pitch a fit, I just called to let the manager know. I got my order for free AND a $ 25 gift card.

Great pizza for the Issaquah area. Delivery is always fast. The kahuna pizza is great! Online ordering is very convenient. Delivery people are always curious.

Worst customer service in many years! Very slow phone order where we asked if they deliver to our address. After saying «Yes» and taking our order, they changed their minds apparently. One hour later I called back and was told ««sorry, we don’t deliver to your address.» THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO FIX THIS.
Because we’d been drinking beer while watching the game, driving for take-​out wasn’t a responsible option. We were left hungry and upset.
We will never patronize this place again.

Ordered delivery, guy on the phone was not the most friendly, but he was able to give me my order correctly and deliver to the correct location.
Their pizza was pretty good, not too oily, and decent amount of toppings. Their wings are surprisingly really good, for a good price, and for the size of it with the amount they give. The spicy wings weren’t too spicy, which was good, and the other flavor was plain and simple, which was probably what I enjoyed the most.
