Cute little drive up coffee shop with not one, but TWO windows you can order at. They offer FIVE different sizes, so if you«need» five shots of espresso in your concoction… they’ll make your amped up dreams come true. Friendly service, worth the wait. It was raining on the day we went and they gave us paper towels to wipe down our window afterward. My latte kept me warm and awake for several hours!

I take my girlfriend here whenever she is in town and she really loves the coffee and small town feel of this stand. The girls are always very nice and not too pushy. I don’t drink coffee but tasted one of their Italian sodas and it was really good. You can also ask for a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink!

Every barista here has always been super sweet and always make my drink better than the last time. Best vanilla latte I’ve had –compared to every starbucks and a number of local coffee stands

I have been here probably about 20 times or so this last year, and I can safely say I have never gotten an espresso drink here that wasn’t completely incredible – even Decaf(!!!). I work in downtown Seattle and am surrounded by every coffeehouse known to man, and I frequent them all. But of all the espresso drinks I’ve tried, in all the various places, this little stand in rural Issaquah is by FAR the best, without fail. I don’t know what or how they do it, but this place is awesome.

I go to the Issaquah hut often. They have the best latte hands down and, they even sell the beans if you want to make it at home :-) They are always very friendly in the mornings which is when I go.

I went on a binge of their espresso milkshakes for a couple weeks a while back. At first it was really good, I carpool with a co-worker who always gets the same drink so I just got what she got… it was nearly $ 7! so I started to try to figure out why it was so expensive. Most places can make your drink blended for a small fee and it includes espresso shots, apparently this place doesn’t. For every shot of espresso you’re charged. I found that pricing was different from one barista to the next and even though their sign said«Espresso Milkshake 20oz includes 2 espresso shots» i’d be asked if I wanted espresso in it still when I ordered it and when I said yes, they’d try to charge me for the shots even though they were included? It was just really confusing and too expensive, so I stopped going there.

I loved this place few years ago. I recently stopped by and ordered a mocha. It was watered down. Bummer.

This hut serves the best espresso I have ever had — I love Caffe Darte(and am biased because I already knew they serve Caffe Darte). They roast their beans just right and it makes for a delicious base to any specialty coffee. It is so smooth that I highly reccommend 3 shots of espresso in any 16 oz. drink. I love the GL huts because the chain started locally and all of the baristas who work there are always super friendly, and if they’re having a bad day they don’t show it. I wish this place was on my way to work, but if it was I’d probably spend way too much! Seriously if you like coffee try this espresso and visit a Gourmet Latte — their prices have always been reasonable and they are very good to their customers. They have a rewards program where you get a free coffee on your birthday as well as every eleventh drink(buy 10 get 1 free), if I remember correctly. Lastly this is one of the few chains where they serve a chocolate covered espresso bean with their coffee, that is when you ask for it. I also always get straws — just ask for ‘straws and beans’! It’s the best way to start your day.
