Been a customer for 20+ years as it has been down the street from me practically my whole life. I’m big on supporting the local community and it helps when everyone there is friendly. While most people go there for gas they have a decent selection of drinks, from beer to soda. Also, a good selection of candy, deli food and some hot food if you are hungry in need of a quick fix.

So frustrating that lately EVERY time I go to pump gas, I have to go inside because the pumps aren’t working right. When I’ve asked, the ladies inside say, «Yah, they do that sometimes.» They do? Well, get it fixed! I know it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, but when you’re in a hurry with a car full of kids and it’s raining outside, this is a huge pain!

I like this store, usually. Originally I would’ve given it a five star review. They have a large selection of drinks and food that is usually pretty good. They also have very good deviled eggs. Also, all the people that work there are very friendly and talk with you at checkout. I got shaken today, though, by a huge cockroach wandering around that was definitely at least as long as my pinky. It was big, brown and crawling all over until it saw me and disappeared. I wish I could’ve gotten a picture. Needless to say every time I stop there from now on I’m going to only get gas or send someone else in to get me drinks and snacks.

I have lived up the street from the Country Store for 10+ years. The staff is friendly, they have original deli food options, and plenty of beverage choices. Some people may consider the store a bit unkempt, but for being the only store in a five mile radius, and being remote in general, the store is in good condition. Sure, I wouldn’t necessarily want to use the store as my go-to for some grocery items(I have found some items already expired or dusty from long shelf tenure) but, for my usual purposes and everyday needs, it is perfect. The cigarette prices are cheaper than some of the stores in town, the spicy chicken sandwiches and hoagie roll pizzas are delicious, and for late night munchie runs it is very convenient for us «country dwellers.» All in all, I am very grateful for the country store, and I’m sure they are grateful for the steady bit of income I’ve thrown at them for over a decade.

A gas station/mini mart may seem like an odd thing to review, but when you spend your days driving around it’s nice to find a place(or series of places) where you can pop in quick and get some food or a drink on the fly. Convenience stores play an important role in my day to day living. Tiger Mountain Country Store is one of my favorites. They have fresh(ish) pizza on a hogie roll or other deli items that fill the vacancy in my diaphram. The coolers keep the drinks nice and cold. Some places don’t seem to chill their drinks enough. Not so here. Also, access in and out is excellent. Big driveway. As convenience store’s go, it is very convenient.
