I used this storage facility for a few months and had zero complaints. They are not the cheapest storage in town, but you are definitely paying for a better facility and great customer service.
The storage is clean, indoors, temperature controlled, and very secured. Stacy helped me both when I was starting and finishing. He was very professional and canceling the contract was no problem.

Stacy and Dan are very thorough and professional storage managers. The duo run a class act by self storage standards. I rented a 10×15 unit on the third floor for six months during renovation. I enjoyed renting from them. I think they are the best option in the Issaquah/Sammamish area for climate-controlled self-storage. No complaints whatsoever.
Previously, I had rented a 10×20 from Ben and Reggie at Factoria Security Storage for two years. Those dudes were excellent (5* worthy) And four years before that, I rented from an Urban Storage site in Bellingham also («Discovery Park Heated Storage») — that experience was above average (4*) experience. Pretty good by Bellingham standards I thought.
