Excellent experience this morning. We rented a large unit (12×20). Check-​in was very efficient. Gentleman that assisted me was very courteous and professional. Excellent customer service.

I have been a long time customer and have a few things to say. 1. The online payment option is great. 2. It’s storage, simple not complicated leave it, it’s safe. Now where I have issue is on 2 fronts. First is regarding summer access hours. The gate will not open after 9 pm. Now, what needs to be understood is I store recreational equipment here. And during the summer I would really like access to my unit after 9pm. The long nights in summer keep my family playing late in the evening. The 9pm close time is unfortunate. Second. Over the past 5 years I have seen my rate increase 10% each year. Which at this point has me looking at other storage options.
