I am highly impressed with this company!!! Very clean and professional! Come on we all know you’ve been to those stores that just give you the creeps!!! NOT this place! The staff always make you feel very comfortable and they maintain a very professional attitude! I had the pleasure of being helped by a young women who’s name was Taylor, she was just fantastic!!! She was very honest with me about prices and products and letting me know what best fit into my lifestyle! I could go on forever about the great service I’ve had here and at all the locations I have visited!

I really love their rewards program, getting more goodies for buying fun things, heck yes! Count me in! The staff is super friendly and do a great job packaging gifts discreetly. I love to buy my bachelorette and birthday gifts for all of my friends here! The only downfall to this location is it is smaller than others.

I visit this shop frequently :) and I have to say, every time I visit, it is a pleasure.
The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The sales people have gotten to know me and the products I am interested in. They always spend the time to show me new items. Every time I visit, they ask me how I liked my previous purchase, and steer me in new directions.
The price of their products range from inexpensive to expensive, and to me the level of service from this store far exceeds that of any other business I frequent in the area. I also appreciate the extended business hours.
I highly recommend Lovers in Issaquah.

I rate this store very highly for a number of reasons:
— knowledgeable sales staff
— excellent range of products from affordable to exotically priced
— merchandising is very well done — in fact, I think it’s arranged for women’s tastes
— sensitivity of the staff.
The store manager (wish I could remember her name) is particularly good at fielding questions that in any other situation would be awkward at the very best.
During my first visit (as an adult male old enough to be her father) I was beating around the bush trying to find the words that I could use to tell her what I wanted. She looked me in the eye and waited for me to get comfortable and then didn’t flinch when I described my search in reasonably specific terms. She immediately had three or four suggestions for me to consider.
This is not some seedy back-​alley porn shop. In fact, I’m not sure they have porn. They have great products at fair prices and a really tremendous staff.

Stopped by with wifey, was actually shocked by how nice this store is. Very clean, great selection and well laid out. Prices were inline with what we’ve seen elsewhere. The girls working were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Will return.
