Love this neighborhood and the shopping centers surrounding!
There is something for everyone here: Lowe’s Hardware, Michael’s Arts and Crafts, Aaron Brothers Framing, Leathers Home Furnishings, PCC Natural Foods, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Cinnebarre Theatre, Costco, Game Stop the list goes on and on!
Just want to walk around the lake and some beautiful trails? This neighborhood is well connected to the Lake Sammamish Trails system and is just plain beautiful to walk around. Lots of benches and ducks around Lake Costco and beautiful picnic areas and gardens around Pickering Barn.
No children’s play equipment though — so if your kiddies need something to climb on you might look elsewhere.
Very convenient with a large UW physicians neighborhood clinic in the back.
Petsmart, Big Lots, isushi, and Georgio’s Subs — I could spend the whole day here!
