The very nice lady saw me waiting outside and graciously let me in and made me a sandwich.

I will never come back here again. Terrible service! I order an Italian BMT and I substitute my ham for turkey and the lady literally put 1 slice of turkey on my sandwich, well hello what happen to my other side of the sandwich? I had order this all the time and never once had this issue. I’m very disappointed I don’t care for meat but it’s the principal of I’d rather not have any then her putting 1 slice on there. People like her think she is saving money for the business but she had no clue she lost the service from us. Never will I or my family come here again!

You wouldn’t really go into Subway thinking that you would have a bad experience… I walked in just after 12:00 during the week. Understandably, there was a line for lunch. Waited an average amount of time to place my order, meanwhile they were ringing up the person in front of me. The sandwich maker had made him a breakfast sandwich even though it was after 11… Apparently, they can’t ring in certain breakfast items past that time. The worker was saying that he was new and didn’t know the rules. He didn’t bother apologizing, just tried to ring the guy up for a different, more expensive sandwich… The person paying said it wasn’t worth it and that this was going to make him late for work… The guy ended up leaving without his sandwich. While I wasn’t the person who this happened to, this effected my service. The worker was rolling his eyes and laughing at the guy. He sat the sandwich aside, and said that he would just save the sandwich for a homeless person. This was very disrespectful, especially considering the employee was at fault. They should have just apologized, gave the guy the sandwich at a discount, or even free at this point. It would have made everyone’s experience better and it would have been nice to see the employee own up to his mistake. On top of that, my sandwich sucked. The veggies had no moisture at all, everything was dry and fairly tasteless. How do you mess up a sandwich? The restaurant wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t stocked at all. I grabbed one of the last 2 straws, only a few lids left, too.

Went in late evening. Place was empty. Got 5 sandwiches. No problems. Everything tasted good. I just wish they had as much meat on them as they used to. I miss a real sub sandwich, have never had one since moving to west side of state over 25 years ago… Makes me sad

Great service. I get a vegie delight, so being that I dont get any meat, It drives me nuts when you get skimped on the veggies. I have to say that this is probably my new favorite subway, or at least the girl who made mine today ROCKS!!! I HATE it when one of the tomatoes or cucumbers are so paper thin or so tiny and they dont give you another one instead or just add another one. I saw her put a skimpy one on and then another normal one. So technically i got 1 or 2 extra skimpy veggies, but hey, it made me super happy, and now whenever im wanting Subway in Issaquah, I will go out of my way for this one. :)

Ok, this is seriously the BEST Subway ever! We have gone to a few of the others in town and always been disappointed, stale bread, barely any meat/veggies, etc. Thank god we found this location! If David is working you are in for a treat, a true sandwich artisan of sorts! Visit the Subway on Front Street if you want a great, fresh sandwich.

It’s a Subway: is there anything more you need to know? It’s located conveniently on Front Street, so if you work or live in the old downtown Issaquah area, it’s more convenient than the Gilman or Klahanie location. You must park on the road or behind the building. Traffic can be an issue around 5pm. Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, location is great!
