My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Gina. We had seen her work at a wedding expo in Schaumburg and loved it. However, we were hesitant to work with Gina after reading the reviews. We went to several places to look at what they offered, but no one really had right look for us. Afterwards, we had a meeting with Gina and she addressed all our concerns. She called us back all the time. We faxed proofs back and forth. I definitely would recommend Gina to anyone looking for a personalized look. The only thing I found to be true from the previous reviews is the cost, they run about 10 –11 an invite.

A person claiming to be Gina has contacted me and threatened to sue me over my previous review. Quoted below Expensive, rude, and clueless. I admit it. We were rushed in choosing a place to do our invites and didn’t shop around as much as we should. We went with a more expensive custom place because we thought that they would be responsive and accommodating. Well, lets just say that the last email you get from Gina that is polite is the one right before you send your check in. After you they have your money, forget it. The ignoring of calls and emails started right after that. Lest you think we were too demanding, we waited a week or more for replies on invitations that were around $ 10 a piece. I’d think that buys a little customer service. This is clearly a hobby turned job for her, and a job she doesn’t particularly enjoy anymore I think. We were promised a date and then it be came a «maybe» after they had our money. The invites were done in the wrong color the first time around. Oh and apparently custom means you get to write your own text and pick the font. When we tried to do something more complex it became a huge issue involving extra fees. Oh and went we went to pick them up, she refused to be available weekends or evening. We had to take time off work to pick up the invitations. All this despite her working out of her home and that it would have taken all of 30 seconds to hand us the invitations. Avoid Gina like the plague, especially if you want to do anything really custom.

Avoid Gina at all costs… Upfront she was very nice and courteous but after she gets your deposit the service is long gone. She runs this business from her home and it appears its a hobby turned business that she doesnt enjoy doing anymore. Her communication skills just suck and you should be preparred to call/email her 3 – 4 times before getting any kind of response. She made a mistake and shorted us over 40 response card envelopes… I had to call multiple times since she did not call me back when promised and bottom line she had a very $hitty attitude about the whole thing and said I could come get them out of her mailbox, she didnt even offer me an appology for the screw up. I am a partner at 2 different businesses and customer service is a big thing to me, if I ran my businesses like she runs hers… I WOULDBEOUTOFBUSINESS!!! Gina, I hope you read this and take some much needed constructive critisism because you have no clue what the phrase«customer service» means.
