Ok so they gave me a window 10 – 2 so I called after 2 to see where they were since I had to take the whole day off, so they tell me 3pm, well they just delivered the furniture at 3:30 and the one guy had the nerve to say «we are working so we can make this tip» so I said «a decent delivery driver would not have left me hanging, when they realized they had 5 stops before mine they would have called and said ma’am we are running late if you have something else you need to do go ahead and I will call you 30 min to an hour before I get there or are on my way» then I showed him the door. The other guy was nice.

These guys delivered our new shelves a minute ago and they were fantastic! They were totally courteous, genuinely respectful of the boxes, the house, and us, and showed up within the first ten minutes of the four-​hour delivery window. What a treat! This is how to do deliveries! Great job!
